It is one of the best places that we stayed in in Georgia. They are very friendly and welcoming and flexible. The room is very clean and the whole place is very beautiful. Also they allowed us to use their personal washing machine.

I stayed at a guest house in Borjomi and wanted to leave a polite review on Google Maps. In my opinion, there were several drawbacks. First, there was loud movie watching after 23:00, even after I reported that it disturbed my sleep. The representative only made it quieter instead of turning it off. Additionally, the shower holder was broken and seemed to be left unrepaired, making showering inconvenient. The place also had old and worn-out furnishings, creaky walls, and a stiff mattress. Moreover, the bed linen didn't fit the bed size properly. The neighbors were noisy, with barking dogs and children's shouting. The windows in the bedroom were dirty, and the curtains kept falling off the rail.
On the positive side, the hostess was friendly, and there was a kitchen and dining table available.
Based on my experience, I currently do not recommend this guest house.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2023 and totally enjoyed the experience. Bichiko is not just a great host, but also a great person and someone you can hang out with until late in the night enjoying home-made wine and chacha, and talking about all kinds of things.
We totally enjoyed the stay and the only shortcoming I can find with this property is that it's quite far from the cafes and restaurants in the center of the town. But it's a good thing if you've indulged yourself to a bit too much Georgian food and need a good walk to burn some calories :)
