It's run by an old lady. She is hospitable and warm. The location is very close to Borjomi National Park. On our check in, our room was very clean and neat. The interiors are well kept, although from the exterior it seemed as some old hut. She also went above and beyond to offer Tea/Coffee during our stay there. Would highly recommend this budget friendly stay!

It was really nice to stay in a 100 years old house. As you can imagine, not everything is new but you're not going to Borjomi to stay at home anyway, are you? The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The hosting family is very nice. The owner offers a regional tour and speaks good English. We felt very welcome and if we're back in Borjomi, we'll surely stay here again! Thank you!

Really amazing guesthouse with amazing and friendly hosts. They have maps, give advice and can also arrange tours at decent prices. The breakfast is really worthwhile and the food is great 👍 Beds are OK and on the sturdier side, shower and bathroom are super clean. Nice garden and very friendly dog also!

Highly recommended! Besso and Nana are such lovely and accommodating hosts, from the moment I arrived they made me feel at home. They kindly let me use the facilities in the house, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is perfect, just a short walk away from the center, and with a lovely garden. I had an amazing stay.

must visit place in borjomi. the park is famous for the natural mineral water. all say the water has lot of medical values. outside the park People sell bottles if at all you liked to carry the water . park has lot of games for kids. only operational in summer though. you can walk and spend an all evening there

I will tell you honestly. By far this is one of the best, most comfortable and modern places I’ve stayed at in Georgia. This is after I have stayed in atleast 4 towns as a traveller. Extremely simple rooms with shared bathroom. Still okay for the money. Beware of tours with the owner. He is an extremely unpleasant person who wanted to force a 50% surcharge on the agreed price, for example, halfway through the journey. I was forced to accept an increase of 25%. The host of the guesthouse Timur is a wonderful guide and a very hospitable and helpful person! We went with him to Akhaltsikhe and the cave city of Vardzia - a lot of impressions, a very well spent day. The hot spring near Vardzia is warmer and more interesting than in Borjomi itself :)

Good hostel. Purely. Located on the mountain, gorgeous view from the room. In the dark, but with the navigator could not get up, all the time came to a dead end, but the owner went down and met. Very welcome. Of the minuses - the boiler is weak and in the winter did not cope with ice water, the hot water was lukewarm, but I am sure that they would quickly fix it. Thanks recommend!

Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city.

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.

Best value for money. Hot shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot tea. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late, offered hot coffee in the morning. Very close to the park, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in this guesthouse on our way from Kars-Turkey to Kutaisi-Georgia. The rooms are big and crystal clean, and the owners are extremely helpful. They were very responsive on whatsapp. They arranged a transfer from border town Vale. As it was raining cats and dogs we got stuck in the hotel room without being able To go outside for dinner and they shared their food with us, they didn’t even want...

Very nice, clean and cozy place to stay. AirBnB has made us a fake offer in different place, so we had nowhere to stay in the late afternoon. Owner of this guesthouse accepted us with no questions. We had a good rest in there before we started to explore the country.

Well, if not for the lady assisting me, I would have said the place is a very big disappointment. The location is up the hill that if you walk to it, you will get easily exhausted. There is no heater in the room but the futons are perfectly warm. The toilet us very clean and big. You will need to pass by the room of the man caring for the hostel if you plan to cook or heat something up.

I really recommend coming here. You will get the most amazing view in Borjomi. The place itself is beautiful and clean. You get everything you need (including a kitchen for yourself). Exceptional budget forest resort. The manager speaks English and the staff are extremely kind. The spa was developed around a spring that is theraputic for skin conditions. It's more like a summer camp /traditional Caucasus resort than a contemporary spa. If you want to drive car it’s too bad idea because road is in too bad condition!!! So if you have an SUV and 4x4 car everything will be fine! Or you don’t want drive car let’s say in train! Hotel is too comfortable. Zero stars for road. Five stars for hotel.

Good quite place right in the forest. Perfect for the city escape, some fresh air and chill. We stayed in the wooden house with shared bathroom and it was simple, but clean and comfortable enough.
