The host Nino was very friendly, helpful and just sweet! She also speaks good English which allowed us to communicate good with each other. The place itself is pretty. The room was comfortable and clean.
The only thing it can get a little loud in the evening because of the kids in the yard or the dogs. But it didn’t bother us and we felt we had a real Georgian experience

We got there and didn't know who to look for The woman who came out of nowhere doesn't know a word of any language except Georgian
She showed us a room, which we didn't book, right at the entrance where everyone passes .The room looks nice inside but without air conditioning, as ordered
Talked to someone on the phone and showed us another room, with air conditioning and also not what was ordered Nothing was explained about how and why, the refrigerator, gas, etc. are shared with other tenants and the worst was the Wi-Fi Recommended mainly for those who don't mind throwing money on a nice bedroom and nothing else

Lovely newly renovated guesthouse, absolutely clean and welcoming. Very interactive hosts and a very personal touch.

Great value for money all round and the beds are extremely relaxing and comfortable.

Expect a glass of wine, cuppa coffee or shot of cha-cha to get your spirits up after a journey.

This place is lovely.

This place is a great sample of excellent hospitality! Nina and Mamuka are wonderful hosts and will address any of your needs. You should definitely check out their room with chimney. This room is a must to stay if it is available in your days of stay. Breakfast is huge and delicious. Highly recommend staying in this guest house when traveling on budget and seeking for hotel room comfort.
