Rooms were clean, but the bathroom facilities need an update. Pool was nice, as well as hot tub, however, those were a bit crowded. Restaurant "circus" in the same building was very good, fair prices, tasty food. Breakfast options were okay, but juices tasted too bad. Overall, it was nice, but I wouldn't say it meets 5 star hotel criterias.

The hotel itsself is really nice. It is newly built and the design Is really nice. However we were really disapointed by the bar. We ordered cocktails and it took 10 min to order then the waiter went away for 15 min. After that a couple complained to him that then are waiting very long for their stuff already. After that we decided to go to the room.

The free wine tasting was a nice touch and the breakfast was ok. It was nice that the bar is 24/7. The shower isn’t the best and it has very little power and this is the only hotel we have stayed in whilst in Georgia that has no aircon in the rooms so it was very warm overnight.

It's the best choice in the area. The room size is average. The rooms with balconies have views. The facilities are a little worse than those of international five-star hotels. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but it is on a dirt road outside the hotel wall, which feels a bit worse.

Everything is perfect. Splendid views, stunning buildings, gorgeous rooms and very pleasant staff members. Recommended.

The rooms are dark, cramped, and elongated. The price of two rooms is RMB 1,600 and 2,000 respectively, but the accommodations are like those of a suburban resort, perhaps RMB 500 at most. The online photos mix up the two buildings. The rooms that look nice are in Building 1, while those in Building 2 are up the hillside, making daily commuting very inconvenient. Amazing design of the room and territory. View is 10 out of 10! Spacious room with nice amenities. Very friendly staff. Pool and sauna were closed, we find out only on arrival.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The cleanliness/hygiene could be a little better, the bathrooms for example were not very thoroughly cleaned. There was a problem with the shower drainage, but the staff fixed it luckily and I was thankful for it. All in all it's okay.

Although it is far from the center of Gori, it is close to the station and there is a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient in that area.

What a wonderful experience in this lovely unique hotel that provided me with a beautiful room (upgraded because there was availability). Everything is new and fully renovated while the dining room if filled with Georgian antiques. Of course, the breakfasts were exceptionally delicious with lots of choice. Anna was extremely welcoming and helpful, and we had the opportunity to have some nice chats. This is a great location for visiting the Stalin museum, where Anna actually works as a guide! My room with its five beds far outstripped what I needed haha, but was very comfortable, and the generous serving of Anna's homemade medovik for breakfast was lovely 😊 thank you for having me!

The location of the hotel was very good and the host was friendly. The room was spacious but there was smell of cigarettes in our room. The mattress was too hard, it seem like the spring was broken. Every time we moved, there was a loud noise. We booked the room with breakfast and we're surprised that there was only a piece of cake and one cup of tea for each person. Anyway the cake was delicious

The proprietress gave us two connecting rooms and provided a rich breakfast, hot water, and daily necessities. Although the proprietress was very busy, she was really attentive to the guests and was always available at any time.

The host Nino was very friendly, helpful and just sweet! She also speaks good English which allowed us to communicate good with each other. The place itself is pretty. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing it can get a little loud in the evening because of the kids in the yard or the dogs. But it didn’t bother us and we felt we had a real Georgian experience

Lovely newly renovated guesthouse, absolutely clean and welcoming. Very interactive hosts and a very personal touch. Great value for money all round and the beds are extremely relaxing and comfortable. Expect a glass of wine, cuppa coffee or shot of cha-cha to get your spirits up after a journey. This place is lovely.

This place is a great sample of excellent hospitality! Nina and Mamuka are wonderful hosts and will address any of your needs. You should definitely check out their room with chimney. This room is a must to stay if it is available in your days of stay. Breakfast is huge and delicious. Highly recommend staying in this guest house when traveling on budget and seeking for hotel room comfort.

If you fill the rooms and they sleep 4 cheaper than a hostel and in the middle of town for the Citadel, Stalin's home and museum and the Prehistoric museum is a must.
