It was really nice to stay in a 100 years old house. As you can imagine, not everything is new but you're not going to Borjomi to stay at home anyway, are you? The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The hosting family is very nice. The owner offers a regional tour and speaks good English. We felt very welcome and if we're back in Borjomi, we'll surely stay here again! Thank you!

I had a day trip with Beso to the following places:
- Vardzia Cave City
- Khertvisi Fortress
- Rabati (Akhaltsikhe) Castle
- Atskuri Fortress - that’s a ruin but managed to climb up!
- Slesa Fortress (just from outside)
- Green Monastery (Mtsvane Monastery)
We left at 8am and returned just around 6.30pm. He speaks English and is a kind guy. He reassured me that I didn’t expect me to hurry up at the attractions, I could take my time. He drives safely. He gave me a reasonable price for the trip and we even added Atskuri at the end, where I could climb up to the ruins.
If you are a solo traveller and are struggling to find a day trip, Beso is your man.

Really amazing guesthouse with amazing and friendly hosts. They have maps, give advice and can also arrange tours at decent prices. The breakfast is really worthwhile and the food is great 👍 Beds are OK and on the sturdier side, shower and bathroom are super clean. Nice garden and very friendly dog also!

Highly recommended! Besso and Nana are such lovely and accommodating hosts, from the moment I arrived they made me feel at home. They kindly let me use the facilities in the house, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is perfect, just a short walk away from the center, and with a lovely garden. I had an amazing stay.

- We were invited to drink home-made wine with the host. Also, during Easter food was generously shared.
- Free laundry
Nay:
- Walls are thin, you can hear everything. Not a great environment for sleeping in or getting some work done.
- Bed too small and thin uncomfortable mattress. I slept in my own sleeping bag so I could use the double-folded blanket as an extra layer, but I still felt the wood coming through.
- Kind homestay with lovely family. Great hospitality received from all 4 family members. Amazing people.
