I promised the lady at the counter to give a positive review. This was a great hotel to end our summer holidays. A great modern yet traditional room with very nice view, all very clean and convenient, impressive breakfast and superb diner. All people where kind and professsional and made us feel valued guests all the time. We enjoyed the great spa and of course the nice surroundings.

Very friendly and polite Staff. The brealkfast buffet hat everything you could wish for and had everyday something new to offer. It was great. The swimming pool was also very nice. We were there over New Year's Eve, everything was great, the children (9 and 6) were in ski school right across the street (100m). There's a ping-pong table and a small playroom in the basement.

We rented several apartments for our family and friends and had a wonderful time there. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, and our four grandchildren had everything they needed. Mr. Mayer is very friendly and easy to deal with. We would gladly come back.

We were there three years ago with our clients (people with acquired brain damage), and we can only thank you. The service was very attentive, the rooms were easily accessible for people with disabilities, and the location was fantastic. We'll definitely be back for a private stay. Regards from Berlin

We stayed here two years ago and had the apartment for six people on the first floor. It was relatively spacious, with a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with two sinks. It was very clean and not at all dusty. A dishwasher and oven were provided. There was also a large balcony. The service, location and facilities were excellent - the food also was high class and delicious.

We liked everything: location, stuff, rooms (extremely clean) , food (we celebrated here christmas) swimming pool. The only min was - it was extremely WARM in the restaurant. It was so warm that I couldn't enjoy the atmosphere.

We had a perfect stay. The food was outstanding and the also have a brand new Spa. All the staff was so helpfull with advise to visit places nearby. Salzburg is just about 30 minutes away. The rooms are refurbished and we one on the top floor with a mountain view.

Professional, warm, welcoming staff. Clean rooms and facilities. The breakfasts are lovingly prepared and there is something for everyone. Sauna is totally relaxing to come back to after a day of hiking, spectacular view of the sunset on the mountains. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Great experience for a reasonable price! The hotel is comfortable and pretty, just a little outdated for modern standards. The stuff is friendly, the location is beautiful and easily accessible.

This was our third stay at Marchlhof, and we can wholeheartedly recommend a holiday there! The apartments are spacious and superbly equipped, the lovingly landscaped farm offers countless opportunities for children, and Ina and Martin are such warm and welcoming hosts! The Marchlhof and its owners Ina and Martin live hospitality and animal welfare in a way that is rarely experienced. excellent jump off point to the lake. if anything walk to the train station is a bit far if you carry a heavy backpack like me.

The room was really nice - but the room Was very cold and no one could help us turn on the heat. They finally brought us an extra blanket and we hung the provided bathrobes on the towel heater to warm up. However - the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.

We got the last room on 16 July & it was a suite with a great balcony! The dinner at the restaurant was superb as was breakfast! Super friendly and would love to go back to explore more & enjoy the Spa. Amazing!

Stayed here for 3 days. I really enjoyed everything - the location, the staff, and the excellent breakfasts👍. The hotel is decorated in a Bavarian style. The view from the balcony is stunning😍.
