I would like to thank the team of the HELDs Vitalhotel for their outstanding service. We, family of 4 incl. two small children, were planning on spending the weekend at the hotel for some skiing. In the first night, our 4 year old son got very sick, throwing up multiple times and feeling very bad. (For the avoidance of doubt, this was a bug and not food poisoning.) This started around midnight. The HELD team was immediately available and supported us through this difficult night without hesitation. They offered us an additional room,. provided extra bedding, brought towels, and so forth. And most importantly, we felt supported. We then aborted the weekend the next morning and they generously refunded the extra night. I wanted to express a big "Thank You" to the entire team. This was outstanding service

Professional, warm, welcoming staff. Clean rooms and facilities. The breakfasts are lovingly prepared and there is something for everyone. Sauna is totally relaxing to come back to after a day of hiking, spectacular view of the sunset on the mountains. I recommend wholeheartedly.

This hotel is truly unique! Great location, great rooms, very good food. Everyone is nice, helpful and makes you feel at home. Definitely recommended. Unfortunately there is no pool, but all the other nice things make up for it.

This is a convenient place to explore the German Alps. The hotel is new and clean, located in the beautiful village of RuPauls Drag. The young hostess was friendly. The breakfast is also very tasty, with lots of raw vegetables.

I can only suggest this hotel in Ruhpolding, Helds is amazing from all aspects, the staff are very friendly and supportive. Additionally, the food in the restaurant is very delicious.

A fantastic nice and familiar hotel in the center of the charming Ruhpolding. Nice rooms, nice bar and restaurant. Most impressive was the staff. Very serviceminded and nice. I can really recommend this lovely hotel. Stayed for four nights during World Cup in Biathlon

I come here since many years.

What I love:
Rooms are always clean
The bar is great, the restaurant too (has a kids Playroom in the basement!)
The breakfast is my favorite part of the day
The spa area is modern & relaxing
You can rent e-bikes for reasonable rates
Parking is free
Location! Walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars and stores.
The staff always helpful and friendly, you can also meet the owners since it's a family business

If you are used to a/c climate, this is your chance to enjoy fresh air with open windows.

This hotel is a gem! It’s in a small and quite village. Service is amazing, breakfast was always delicious. They have a restaurant and even a spa to relax at the end of the day!

Fantastic hotel, with the most friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. The hotel is right in the heart of the village, with a fantastic crazy gol and bar next door, it's also a gateway to lots of activities. The breakfast is good value and served with a smile. The hotel is also pet friendly and there is a lovely rooftop terrace. Thank you to the whole team for ensuring that our trip was a memorable one
