This time I was able to stay in the new room, which is very modern.
The two ladies (reception & breakfast) were there again, they're practically part of the furniture! 😄 All in all, it was very relaxing again, especially since the weather was perfect.
PS: Please update the website.

The garbage wasn't even removed.
There is no apology for the poor treatment of guests. We were told we could return the key from 6:00 AM, but no one was at reception until 8:00 AM. The water ran in the toilet all night, so we couldn't sleep. A pregnant woman who was also staying there didn't even have soap in the bathroom and the towels were torn. Even the delivery driver couldn't unload because no one from the hotel was there. Another woman who had the same problems managed to reach someone from the hotel by phone and said she was very disappointed and wouldn't be coming back. The only response she got was "OK." Unbelievable! The money was taken quickly, but then the nightmare began.
Please don't do this to yourselves. Warnemünde is a great place, but accommodation like this ruins the whole vacation.
