Nice hotel but could improve Nice newer hotel, too pricey for what they offer. Clean room and facility but little things are missing to say its the perfect hotel/stay. For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. That was pretty upsetting...

We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend.

This is a very nice and convenient hotel located directly at the beach. It’s great for runners (nearby woods and trails), tanners, and of course swimmers. There’s even a nudist beach nearby. The rooms are very modern though the could have more hangers for bath robes and towels. In the suites they have shower and a bath tub, however, It would be even more convenient to have a second toilet instead....

Wellness Area in the 4. floor with view over the Baltic sea. short distances to center , beach , and shopping area.. I was given a room at the back of the building, at the end of the hallway, where there were Wi-Fi problems. They were able to help me with the Wi-Fi issue. No water dispenser in the wellness area.

It's a bit of an old hotel. There's no air conditioning and the bathroom ventilation is broken. However, it's located right in front of the beach and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many menus... but the staff are very friendly!!!

Wonderful stay. Seriously can’t wait to go back next summer. We checked in with two dogs and they had food and water bowls waiting for us along with little treat baggies! It was so nice to stay somewhere so dog friendly. The rooms are very nice and cared for, the beds are SO COMFORTABLE. I slept so well. The lady at reception seemed painfully friendly, rooms were only ready shortly before 4 p.m. instead of 3 p.m., and there wasn't even an excuse for that. We had a super great suite with 2 balconies (a roof terrace and a balcony) and had a great view of the Baltic Sea. The suite was very clean. It is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is allowed at the hotel entrance. We expected a little more from the breakfast. All around a great reception at the reception and for the evening the restaurant Sandbank is highly recommended.

We were in this hotel for the second time. We had a beautiful, large room with a sea view. The breakfast was excellent again. At the reception we were received very nicely. PRICE-PERFORMANCE is definitely right here and we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is great and you have a great sea view. What bothered us was the lack of room service. In the summer with a lot of sand in the room, this is very unpleasant. The cot was getting a bit old. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious.

Hubner Park is less than a block from the beach front. It is the sister hotel to Hubner Strand which is directly beachfront. Services and amenities are about the same in the two hotels, except the Park doesn't have water views and is a little more budget friendly. We traveled with three people and stayed in apartment 25. The two bedrooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, as was the bathroom. A large terrace with a table and chairs, overlooking the Baltic Sea, was also included. A bottle of water was provided as a welcome gift, and the towels were beautifully arranged on the beds. There was plenty of storage space, seating, and a table. Breakfast left nothing...

Getting old, but the staff was very friendly, communicative, helpful. Breakfast buffet completely adequate. The restaurant is very tasty, if you don't like the hustle and bustle of the river and want to enjoy the best food in a quiet atmosphere, this is the place for you. It takes a while, but when you see the fresh vegetables on the plate, you're happy to wait.

The hotel's location is probably one of the best in whole Rostock. The view of the city is excellent. It's also in a walkable distance of the eastern part of the city (for example Petrikirche). We received a very warm welcome for our mother-daughter weekend. We were quickly able to check into our room, which was ready ahead of schedule. It was very spacious, modernly furnished, and clean. The hotel is located just 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. The breakfast was varied and delicious. All in all, highly recommended.

Bathrooms could use a little attention and the airco was on 22°C and it said you could adjust it with -3°C but it did not function. I had to open the window to cool the room. Parking is in the parking garage of the shopping mall underneath the hotel, but there is no space for a workvan higher than 1.95 so i had to park all the way on the other side of the city near the harbour according to the receptionist...

Hotel is located just beside the train station and reception is welcoming. Rooms are sufficiently large, are comfortable and WIFI is quick enough to work from the hotel room (or the lobby). Breakfast not super big but has everything you need and the room is large enough in its size to accommodate most hotel guests.

Excellent hotel in Rostock. Spacious rooms, good shower, good Wi-Fi throughout over the hotel and an excellent breakfast. The hotel provides towels and robes for the pool and spa that located in the hotel itself. As part of the payment of city taxes, you are entitled to free public transport vouchers. Parking is paid by the day.

When we arrived a receprionist made a mean comment that my girlfriends name was kinda difficult to type in a computer which was not a great start. I dont know what was the issue. Kinda not professional. And what was the point of saying that to a guest? Rude.

The restaurant in the hotel is very nicely decorated! The boss greeted us very nicely and offered us a table even without a reservation, although it was fully reserved! The food was delicious and the portion was enough! The price characteristics are completely ok!

We were here for a wedding. We didn't stay in the hotel but ate in both the bar and restaurant area. The staff were very friendly, the facilities excellent. The food is quite expensive, which is to be expected in such an establishment.

After a blustery September walk along the beach with our dog, we enjoyed a good cocktail on the terrace, served by a very nice and professional bartender. Bar looked very smart and cosy. The large patio must be a lovely place for a sundowner in summer.

We had a truly wonderful break in Kühlungsborn. Highly recommended, especially in winter. This hotel is constantly evolving in the most pleasant way, which is rare these days. This hotel is centrally located in the charming town of Kuhlungsborn right on the Baltic Sea coast. The people working there were extremely attentive and a pleasure to interact with. The room was impeccable and the food there was excellent. I cannot find anything that they need to work on or improve.

However, we missed a minibar and the power sockets are very hidden. The bio sauna is not in operation and the relaxation area with three loungers is very small. Several jams, Nutella, honey, etc... Plenty of fresh fruit and fruit salads, yoghurts, quark, salads (herring, egg, couscous), plus all the usual...

Stopped here on a day trip for a cup of coffee and a very tasty an good local version of an apple strudel. Both went down a treat, I recommend this cafe if you are visiting the town or the beach.

I didn’t stay there, but had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant in Kühlungsborn on what was a special occasion to me. I did not expect food on THAT level in a small baltic resort town in February. Everything was thought-through, executed expertly, without faff, delicious. The open wines were perfectly adequate (and priced that way), the service attentive and again, without faff. Heartfelt congrats...

Great breakfast, service & location. Rooms were a bit noisy & very warm so we didn’t have the best sleep but overall it was still a nice experience. Parking costs extra, we chose to park on a public spot where parking is free overnight but then you need to be back at 9am to get a ticket for the day.

Beautiful town for strolling and local food. Hotels are generally good quality and the beach is just fabulous with the right weather. Sunsets with clear skies are a thing to behold with a hot (or not) drink of your choice from the beach hut. Restaurants have food for all tastes I could think of. A very nice hotel, just a few steps from the beach. Friendly staff and good service. Beautifully renovated rooms with beautiful furniture. Functional layout between living and sleeping areas. Plenty of storage and closet space. A great breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Freshly prepared egg dishes. A cozy bar.

Solid sustainable interior design. You can tell that it has grown out of the place and that the atmosphere corresponds to the area. The owner is someone who is from there and who also has a love for this area.

I have visited the restaurant several times and would be happy to come back. The food is the finest and you have a great view over the dike to the Baltic Sea. The service is personable and committed. Feel-good factor and culinary delight guaranteed. Top!
