Spoilt by a poor "accidentally left" policy At first I was a bit surprised at staying in the dark yellow painted, deep red curtained and darkwood themed Africa room (135) but it grew on me. The patio area was pretty dark though. Breakfast was great but no restaurant for an evening meal nor a bar which was a shame. On leaving I realised I left my almost nearly new (expensive) CK shower gel behind and...

Everything was good except for the room's layout. The arrangement of the wardrobe, table, and one chair in the room could be improved. The breakfast and the staff were commendable.

Central location with parking. The hotel corridors are somewhat winding, therefore not always wheelchair accessible. Nevertheless, a recommended accommodation.

We are repeat guests and always enjoy booking the Regio Hotel. It's clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well-equipped and has everything you need. Our bathroom was a bit small, but that didn't bother us. The breakfast is fantastic – the selection is superb, with something for everyone. We think the location is fantastic, as it offers easy access to nature for hiking, and...

Very friendly staff, and everything was clean and tidy with no unpleasant smells. I personally really liked the breakfast room and even the breakfast menu.

Hotel Tannenhof Very nice, cozy room. Very attentive staff who go out of their way to accommodate requests. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a few days off with plenty of thermal spa fun. The breakfast was very ample with a wide selection; every wish was fulfilled. Dinner was absolutely delicious, and the service staff were also very kind and friendly, always ready to listen.

We stayed here for two days. We received a very friendly welcome, and all our needs were quickly addressed. The rooms are rustic yet modern. Very fitting for the Harz Mountains, I'd say. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we were immediately provided with a highchair upon request. The thermal baths, which were included in the price, were also lovely—a bit tucked away, but well-signposted. ...

Great hotel! Very nice, friendly, and welcoming staff. We felt completely at home. The breakfast met all our needs and was delicious. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but everything was very clean! We'd love to come back. Thank you for the lovely weekend.

Villa Feise

Super nice and cooperative. i had an emergency and couldn't make it to my reservation, which they completely understood and fully refunded everything i paid. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Cheap and nice. No breakfast and no refrigerator in the room. We booked this place because of the cheap price. It is in a really quiet relaxed place near the pedestrian street Before our arrival we went to a supermarket because they dont service breakfast. To our surprise it was not possible to keep the butter and milk cold because there are no refrigerator. We always bring our own coffee machine....

Beautifully located within reach of everything that you need to do in Bad Harzburg. I would have wished for better Wifi speed but the other factors keep the place absolutely practical. Family friendly too.

Villa Feise is (for me at least) a typical german Hostel/Hotel. Not a supermodern butique-Hotel, but everything was whole and very clean! The room was very comfy and quiet, we could here the neighbors when we were in the hallway but not in our room. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. Sadly they didn’t have breakfast when we stayed there (I think because it was off season) but it wasn’t a problem...

All good! Location is OK. Parking is for free, that is good. We were travelling with baby, so we got baby bed and blanket and so on - that was nice! Hotel is a little bit old-fashioned, and you will be surrounded with only retaried people, but if you are looking for really silent and peaceful place - that is yout choise!

Solehotel Winterberg

A very friendly hotel with access to the thermal baths. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast, the afternoon cake buffet, and dinner were all delicious. The evening menu was not only very varied but also very creatively presented. We highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms, what can I say, are quite dated. I was supposed to have a room on the ground floor next to the lounge area in the Hotel Winterberg, but that didn't work out at all. In the next room there was a pool table where you can play until 10 p.m. and the room had a view of car tires because there was a parking lot right in front of it. Luckily I was able to complain and I was given a different room...

Clean, but showing its age... Super nice staff, great location. Baked rolls for breakfast, but freshly boiled eggs. Everything is great in Corona times!

It was nice there, the service was good. The room very clean. Only the mattress was a bit soft. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Special requests were met due to a food intolerance.

A cozy, small, quiet hotel where you feel well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were functionally furnished. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of cold cuts, freshly prepared scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. Really very good for a 3-star hotel. We didn't use the spa facilities. We would gladly recommend this hotel.

We felt very comfortable again this year (this was our sixth time here, unfortunately the last, as the owner is retiring next year). Thank you for the wonderful time we've always had. All the best! As always, we received a very friendly and warm welcome. Everything is easily accessible on foot – the pedestrian zone with its restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. The value for money is excellent.

7 days of fasting according to Buchinger – a wonderful experience! I felt completely at ease and received excellent guidance from the fasting coach. I took home many great tips and a lot of motivation. The owners and all the staff are very friendly and helpful and always have a listening ear. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The spa area contributed significantly...

A very nice, cozy, clean hotel close to the city center with very friendly staff. The double room was spacious enough, as was the bathroom, and comfortably furnished. Breakfast was simple, but there was a good selection and it tasted good. There was an option to charge the electric car directly at the hotel, which we appreciated. It was a maximum of 5 minutes to the shopping mile, which boasted wonderfully...

I was given a lovely room in good condtion, with a spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the heating effective, and the decor attractive. The evening meal was simply spectacular, fresh local produce well made and well presented. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. There is a nice little library of paperbacks to borrow, in a variety of languages. Civilised and comfortable...
