Hotels with pool in Bad Harzburg

Excellent 5 night stay. Breakfast is extensive and dinner in the restaurant has very high quality menu/drinks choices with impeccable service from attentive staff. Thoroughly recommend their venison main dish!!

There was a very nice traditional ambience in the public areas and restaurant. The staff were all charming and helpful, and the food was delicious. I would particularly compliment the restaurant staff

We enjoyed the extensive breakfast, the selection and quality couldn't be beaten, and the staff here were also very friendly. If we go to the Harz again, the hotel will be number one

We stayed at the Braunschweigerhof in Bad Harzburg for a few days over New Year 2024-25. The rooms were modern , very comfortable and immaculately clean

In the heart of Bad Harzburg, we found this an excellent place from which to wander round the town, and also to explore the region

There is a lot to see and do in the Harz region so we hope to be back to explore further, and will certainly stay here

The location is great because it's near the forest and at the same time just a couple of minutes on foot from some main attractions, and from the main pedestrian area with lots of little cafés and restaurants

The room, the gym and the spa-area were beautiful. Unfortunately my room was not totally clean. I found a few long black hair on the bed. I have very short blond hair, so they were not mine

Great facilities, swimming pool and several saunas. Rooms towards the road can be noisy but excellent three pane windows cut all road noise away

I stayed in a room called "Harz Nester". For me that's okay, but I know many people who would have had a bad night in this bed. When I wanted to have dinner, there was no table available

The room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was clean at least. The spa area was okay and the pool was nice but the water was fairly cold and not heated

My wife and I stayed here in January while visiting our daughter. The hotel had been renovated which was still a work in progress and there was a barrier in front of the hotel that made it difficult to find the entrance

The pool and spa areas were lovely, and a wide range of festive activities were also offered by the hotel

We really enjoyed our Christmas stay at this well-run, attractively renovated hotel. The staff were friendly and our room was very comfortable

The only small downside was the lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the room, but that is often the case in German hotels

The breakfast and evening meal buffets were of good quality and the table service (drinks only) friendly and attentive

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we were immediately provided with a highchair upon request. The thermal baths, which were included in the price, were also lovely—a bit tucked away, but well-signposted

Hotel Tannenhof Very nice, cozy room. Very attentive staff who go out of their way to accommodate requests. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a few days off with plenty of thermal spa fun

Great hotel! Very nice, friendly, and welcoming staff. The breakfast met all our needs and was delicious. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but everything was very clean! We'd love to come back

In the next room there was a pool table where you can play until 10 p. and the room had a view of car tires because there was a parking lot right in front of it

A very friendly hotel with access to the thermal baths. Breakfast, the afternoon cake buffet, and dinner were all delicious. The evening menu was not only very varied but also very creatively presented

It wasn't possible for her and her husband to join me at the table for a glass of wine after dinner; only hotel guests were allowed there. I was very disappointed and had to go out for a glass of wine for two evenings

It was nice there, the service was good. The room very clean. Only the mattress was a bit soft. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Special requests were met due to a food intolerance.

The 3/4 board is recommended, and it also includes daily entry to the thermal baths/sauna and a cable car ride. If you can handle the hotel's old charm, it is definitely recommended
