Try have some room night time but they not even come to open door. I was with family and we was on long drive from uk but I saw someone was in but still no one open.

Hotel was good value for price. They should have some logo visible at night to make sure I can find place easily.

The new owner is very friendly. You can ask whatever you want, he will try to help you. Price/performance ratio is so good.

Nothing really to complain. Fast free WiFi and a nice balcony.
Downside : gets loud on the first floor in the morning when the parked cars leave
