Friendly staff. Said room had kitchenette but got to the room and said no cooking. No utensils. Refrigerator did not work. Was reported to staff three times but nothing happened.

Decent hotel, we had a family room all the way in the back of the hotel. The room was more like an apartment. Everything looked very old and beds were hard. Like really hard. But all in all it had everything we needed and the location was really good.. And there was aircondition which worked.

Mostly ok but stinks of cigarette and internet speed around 2.5mbit and very unstable, cuts out all the time, no work can be done.

Hotel is simple for good price. It is definitely not for disabled people. There is no parking, you need to find parking somewhere on street nearby. You can have dinner in restaurant for good price as well. In the hotel is WIFI And you can have breakfest No luxury but all you need is here. In summer you can not count on air condotion.

From my room there was a view to the inside yard, to the window, from which the maid was often smoking in front of me. Okay hotel in the middle of nowhere

Hidden in the forest just outside Gifhorn, this hotel is an ideal place to stay over night if you have a meeting in Wolfsburg or Hannover. At busy times of trade fairs in Hannover, this could be your next best accommodation at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Buffet table breakfast is included in the price. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My stay was unpleasant as during the night they turned off the heat and nighttime is when it is coldest. There is no staff at nighttime so if you need anything (like if you lock yourself out of your room) you have to wait until morning. I would not recommend staying here.

Everything good But I’ve put 4 starts because of the pillows.. they weren’t comfortable so I couldn’t sleep well. Probably considering 1 big and one smaller pillow is the way for a comfy sleep. The rest was good .

This is a very fine hotel with a great location. Nothing fancy, but great balance between price, quality of rooms and the service you get - on top they also have quite a nice breakfast selection. I would definitely come here again to stay, if in the area. Bonus info - they also have a really nice sky bar if the weather allows a late drink.

I stayed here for 2 nights during the pentecost weekend and it was a very pleasant surprise. The location is directly at a lake, yet not too far from the city center. The rooms are Marriott standards and well maintained. We had a nice stay in Plaza Inn, Goslar. We had two room. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Parking is available very close by. Breakfast was freshly made and plenty to serve.
