Friendly staff. Said room had kitchenette but got to the room and said no cooking. No utensils. Refrigerator did not work. Was reported to staff three times but nothing happened.

Okay hotel in the middle of nowhere

Hidden in the forest just outside Gifhorn, this hotel is an ideal place to stay over night if you have a meeting in Wolfsburg or Hannover. At busy times of trade fairs in Hannover, this could be your next best accommodation at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Buffet table breakfast is included in the price. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My stay was unpleasant as during the night they turned off the heat and nighttime is when it is coldest. There is no staff at nighttime so if you need anything (like if you lock yourself out of your room) you have to wait until morning. I would not recommend staying here.

Very small room. Paid for appartment, but it was only 2 bed room. For business trip with my colleguage it was not expected that we will sleep in double bed. Shower works not properly - unexpected changes with cold and warm water. Staff was amazigly nice and helpful. Food was great too.

Everything good But I’ve put 4 starts because of the pillows.. they weren’t comfortable so I couldn’t sleep well. Probably considering 1 big and one smaller pillow is the way for a comfy sleep. The rest was good .

This is a very fine hotel with a great location. Nothing fancy, but great balance between price, quality of rooms and the service you get - on top they also have quite a nice breakfast selection. I would definitely come here again to stay, if in the area. Bonus info - they also have a really nice sky bar if the weather allows a late drink.

However, I had to change rooms during the night because my neighbor brought guests who were extremely loud. Be prepared for noise from neighboring rooms. I stayed here for 2 nights during the pentecost weekend and it was a very pleasant surprise. The location is directly at a lake, yet not too far from the city center. The rooms are Marriott standards and well maintained. If you seek for a little time out this is the perfect place. Surrounded by parks, small lakes and running routes. The Rooms are very nice and the beds so comfortable. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Used this hotel again for the first time in many years - it’s convenient ( so long you have a car ) for Wolfsburg - and a good restaurant and bar on site - breakfast is good you can get a full buffet breakfast or just a small individual breakfast if you are on a tight time schedule and don’t want a lot to eat - The reception team are friendly and helpful

We had a nice stay in Plaza Inn, Goslar. We had two room. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Parking is available very close by. Breakfast was freshly made and plenty to serve. I left personal items in the room. Thanks to the hotel management, the shipment was completed. Meantime I appreciate the communication I received from the hotel, informing what the status was. The hotel consists of several complexes that are very well integrated into the old town. The main train station is also within easy reach. Nice swimming pool with sauna, everything is well maintained. Rooms are modern, there is nothing to complain about.
