All good, only parking and breakfast by far too expensive. Sauna and Gym and Relax area very good.

The hotel has a good location. Next to a park and close to the city. In my opinion optimal. The staff is friendly. They have a gym and while you get disinfectant, water and towls it is not a 24/7 gym. Sorry but with a card key why not. I disliked it very much. You can park at the hotel but the price is too much for one night. 24€ I really don't get it. And the price performance is on the higher end...

The location is great, right next to the station, and it's good in every way.

The hotel is right next to the train station, with large supermarkets nearby. It is only 1.2 kilometers from the city center, making it very convenient for travel. The room is small but clean, and the breakfast has a wide variety. It is a very cost-effective hotel and is worth recommending!

Hotel is located in the city centre. Parking Is under the hotel, big cars could have problémy. Thé navigation could have problem to find the garage entrance. Room is simple. But all you need is here. In hotel is a wellness. WI-FI Is available. The breakfest Is quite good.

Except the fact that parking is very limited and i took a fine, all was good. We have stayed in App 10 and the water was coming cold. We asked reception and was informed that under the sink in the bathroom there is a boiler that has a cold/hot water switch. Decent hotel, we had a family room all the way in the back of the hotel. The room was more like an apartment. Everything looked very old and beds were hard. Like really hard. But all in all it had everything we needed and the location was really good.. And there was aircondition which worked.

Mostly ok but stinks of cigarette and internet speed around 2.5mbit and very unstable, cuts out all the time, no work can be done.

I fell down in the bathroom in the bathtube, the concave bathtube is really dangerous. The noises coming from the high way were to much loud i had to change room for that, I advise to change the windows as the car passing from the vicinity of the hotel they make too much noises.

Everything is tiny at this hotel. The single bed in the room is probably the smallest bed ever, I really had trouble sleeping on it. I stayed at the Plaza Inn over Christmas while visiting family. I had a single room. It was perfectly fine—sufficiently sized, clean, and quiet. The entire building is a bit dated, but you don't notice that in the room. I can't comment on breakfast, as I didn't book it. I will probably book the hotel again next year. I found the price/performance ratio to be very good.

I do like the option of me choosing when to have the room clean by putting out the door tag. The breakfast is always good and the restaurant food for supper is very good with generous portions.

Hotel is simple for good price. It is definitely not for disabled people. There is no parking, you need to find parking somewhere on street nearby. Rather cheap, good located, good service. Disadvantage is rather poor breakfast (only eggs as a hot dish), rather old rooms. From my room there was a view to the inside yard, to the window, from which the maid was often smoking in front of me. Brilliant hotel. Across the road from the train station yet completely quiet in my room, which was an atrium facing room. Beds comfy and got a good nights sleep. The room temperature was fine, not an issue. Breakfast selection very varied with fresh meats, fruit, honeycomb, breads and pastries as well as most cooked options. Spotlessly clean hotel.

Surprisingly good. Stayed overnight on the way to Austria from Denmark. Landed at 11 pm. Was served by friendly and efficient staff. Got 2 spacious rooms (2 adults + 2 adult children). The only minus was the heat in the room. It was very hot, but slept with the window open. We had breakfast included. It was fine. We got the two rooms and breakfast for 1400 DKK. Had to pay 7 euros extra for parking

The surrounding ambiance—it's on the first floor of a former office building with a fitness center—takes some getting used to. Rather plain. But the price is definitely reasonable. We'll be back.

It's very clean and quiet. It also has the bad things that a big hotel chain always has, as everything is centrally managed, and there is no room for exceptions. Therefore 4 stars instead of 5.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned family hotel, which was exactly what we needed. It is in reasonable walking distance to everything in the inner city, easily reached from the train station, and in a quiet location. We had the three-person apartment, which was very convenient, and had enough space. The staff was very considerate and helpful. We will use this hotel again when we next time come to Braunschweig
