The hotel is right next to the train station, with large supermarkets nearby. It is only 1.2 kilometers from the city center, making it very convenient for travel. The room is small but clean, and the breakfast has a wide variety. It is a very cost-effective hotel and is worth recommending!

The hotel has a good location. Next to a park and close to the city. In my opinion optimal. The staff is friendly. They have a gym and while you get disinfectant, water and towls it is not a 24/7 gym. Sorry but with a card key why not. I disliked it very much. You can park at the hotel but the price is too much for one night. 24€ I really don't get it. And the price performance is on the higher end...

Friendly staff. Said room had kitchenette but got to the room and said no cooking. No utensils. Refrigerator did not work. Was reported to staff three times but nothing happened.

Decent hotel, we had a family room all the way in the back of the hotel. The room was more like an apartment. Everything looked very old and beds were hard. Like really hard. But all in all it had everything we needed and the location was really good.. And there was aircondition which worked.

Mostly ok but stinks of cigarette and internet speed around 2.5mbit and very unstable, cuts out all the time, no work can be done.

Hotel is simple for good price. It is definitely not for disabled people. There is no parking, you need to find parking somewhere on street nearby. You can have dinner in restaurant for good price as well. In the hotel is WIFI And you can have breakfest No luxury but all you need is here. In summer you can not count on air condotion.

Rather cheap, good located, good service. Disadvantage is rather poor breakfast (only eggs as a hot dish), rather old rooms. From my room there was a view to the inside yard, to the window, from which the maid was often smoking in front of me. Everything was good. The room was clean. Very small desk to use if working but I managed. Excellent for dogs with great areas around the hotel to walk in. However, €15 per dog per night is a lot of money, especially as they only clean the room up on leaving. I was going to bring two dogs, but that would have been too much money.

There was a wedding in the hotel with very loud music booked without limit in time, i.e. very loud in the room. There were no other rooms for a change so we asked for canceling the booking, the hotel promised to return the money, but no return was done and as i understood, the problem is on trip.com side and payment was made here and hotel requested trip.com to refund me. so overall disappointed with...

I fell down in the bathroom in the bathtube, the concave bathtube is really dangerous. The noises coming from the high way were to much loud i had to change room for that, I advise to change the windows as the car passing from the vicinity of the hotel they make too much noises.

I stayed at the Plaza Inn over Christmas while visiting family. I had a single room. It was perfectly fine—sufficiently sized, clean, and quiet. The entire building is a bit dated, but you don't notice that in the room. I can't comment on breakfast, as I didn't book it. I will probably book the hotel again next year. I found the price/performance ratio to be very good.

I do like the option of me choosing when to have the room clean by putting out the door tag. The breakfast is always good and the restaurant food for supper is very good with generous portions.

The Hotel is located across the street from the central station, and a short three stop train ride to the town centre. Upon arrival there was only one member of staff checking people in so this took about 15 minutes. My single room was spacious enough, shower was okay, a little on the small side, but I had everything I needed and it was ok for the price I paid.

Great all you can eat breakfast. Take the option. It is worth it. Lots of historical value to explore around on the property and if that is not really for you, then there are beautiful scenic routes to take a walk and even better if you take your dog along.

We stayed just one night as the location was convenient for our travel plans. We arrived just before the midnight and the reception was still open. Everything is tiny at this hotel. The single bed in the room is probably the smallest bed ever, I really had trouble sleeping on it. One of the most historical houses in town. Awesome décor and atmosphere. Free WiFi. The king/double rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast is standard for DE. Pay parking only, about a 1 minute walk. I love this hotel and will be back. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay; our room was spacious and, given the price, not exactly luxurious, but perfectly adequate. Located directly on the main road (B1), it wasn't the quietest spot. We mistakenly booked for three nights. We arrived a day later, which wasn't a problem at all.

The hotel is just off the main road, which can be heard a lot in the room. The first impression of the hotel was not good and the room did not improve much. The room was clean, but it was the ravages of time. The bathroom would also deserve more care. It was manageable for one night, but I will not return here.

The staff are fantastic and helped make the stay nice. The only complaints I have is that I asked for a room with a view of the pond but the view was not very good. Also the parking is not great. The lot fills fast and the underground garage is very difficult to get a large car into. All in all though I would stay again.

When we stayed here for the first time in September 2008, my husband had the flu and we couldn't really enjoy the beautiful countryside next to the hotel. Now we returned to visit my mother and to attend my high school class reunion which also took place in a room at this hotel (beautiful room) which was downstairs. We had the same suite (257) that we had 7 years ago and everything was perfect again...

The only minus was the heat in the room. It was very hot, but slept with the window open. We had breakfast included. It was fine. We got the two rooms and breakfast for 1400 DKK. The hotel's location is very good. Close to shopping, well-connected, and directly on the Ringleis. The rooms are clean and tidy. Some of the furniture is a bit older and worn.

Hotel is in building with more companies. It is in the first floor. Parking is ok, You have to drive trough an automatic gate and take a ticket. Hotel Is a budget hotel No air condition, no fridge and no minibar. Room is quite big. The breakfest is simple.

The surrounding ambiance—it's on the first floor of a former office building with a fitness center—takes some getting used to. Rather plain. But the price is definitely reasonable. We'll be back.

A pleasant stay in a nice hotel.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned family hotel, which was exactly what we needed. It is in reasonable walking distance to everything in the inner city, easily reached from the train station, and in a quiet location. We had the three-person apartment, which was very convenient, and had enough space. The staff was very considerate and helpful. We will use this hotel again when we next time come to Braunschweig

I had a really nice stay at Wienecke! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were quite decent, especially considering it’s a 2-star hotel, and the value for the price was impressive.

Spent 6 nights here and Petra looked after us like we were family. Nothing was too much bother. Great location and an easy walk into Altstadt and the Schloss. Will come here again, next time I visit Germany.
