I stay at B&B HOTEL Braunschweig-West very often for work, about two or three times per month.
The staff and the owner are always very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, very close to the autobahn, which is perfect for business trips. There is also free parking on site with many parking spaces.
The breakfast is very good and the coffee tastes great. Today I noticed that the rooms on the third floor have been completely renovated. The new design looks modern and fresh, and I think the whole hotel will be updated soon. The rooms are not very big, but the new renovation is excellent, especially the bathroom equipment. The beds are comfortable as well.
For short business stays in bed-and-breakfast style, this hotel is perfect. Five stars from me!

This hotel is in an ideal location, close to the highway, with ample free parking. Ideal for a short stay, perhaps an overnight stay while traveling. Formerly an Ibis hotel, it now operates as a B&B. The room is small and clean. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and competent – making coffee or tea for the journey is easy.

Located 2 km away from.the City Centre in an industrial area, next to a highway. Bit noisy if You're on the wrong side of the building if you like the window to be open. Very clean, public transportation nearby and good value for money.

Clean Hotel with affordable rates. Location in an imdustrial/commercial area but some grocery stores are around the corner. All in all great value for money!

The toilet, bathroom, and faucet were distributed in an unusual way throughout the room—each was in a separate location. But otherwise, the service was excellent.

Very simple motel with a very clinical old and dirty smell with no customer service. You have to pay at a electronic counter and somehow we payed twice because the machine was broken.
We asked the next day but no one could or would help us. Then we called and send several emails (no response) to get our money back. Months later still no feedback....

Live review : The worst hotel experience in germany. We had booked and paid already online and at self check in point we are asked to pay again to enter.. If not we have to wait for 2 hours until they can come and let us in. We called the ibis given number on the hotel, and the lady was extremely arrogant and rude. She asks whats the problem in waiting for the 2 hours until we come and let us in. But we had already paid in full from 3 PM that's the problem. They are arrogant and are not fit for a service oriented branch

Location is probably the worst. The lady receptionist is even worse! Super unfriendly!
I would request you to come only after 5PM of your check-in day because before that there’s literally no one around. Specially on a weekday.
