Very clean rooms with really nice furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend to eat breakfast there, they even make fresh scrambled eggs for you.

A very beautiful and romantic hotel in a quiet location, yet close to the city. The owners have achieved a superb symbiosis between the original building (17th century) and modern amenities. Historical features are evident throughout, showcasing the attention to detail in the decor.

The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, making them incredibly inviting and comfortable.

I haven't yet tried the food or breakfast, but I'm very optimistic that they will also impress guests.

Final note: The owner wasn't exaggerating when she praised the breakfast buffet beforehand. It was varied, plentiful, and offered a great selection, all while enjoying a truly peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

This is a beautiful and very welcoming hotel, the personnel is lovely making you feel like the most important people in the world, always paying attention to your needs, and focused in resolving your problems, far beyond your needs. Breakfasts was amazing and the people attending very warm. Room was spacious, clean, nice bed. Definitely a hotel that you would not expect the service and comfort that they offer ton their clients

Modern boho style. Spotless property, extremely clean, fresh scent throughout the hotel.

Our room is excellent, spotless, fresh and clean scent, spacious with all the amenities at hand.

Bed is beyond comfortable, TV has a fantastic picture quality with numerous channels (all in German). The bathroom is amazing, with a heated towel rack. Small kitchenette, perfect for prepping your own hot meal.

Lastly, the front desk staff are superb. Warm and Welcoming, greeted us with a huge smile, polite, friendly and eager to assist with any questions or concerns.

Please note, we were unaware this hotel does not does not have air conditioning, and apparently most of the hotels in the area do not. Having said that, our wonderful front desk staff, was quick to provide us with an electronic tower fan which was in our room upon our return. The vent/fan did the job and made our room extra comfortable for a wonderful nights sleep.

Breakfast is excellent, with a fantastic selection of foods to satisfy anyone.

We are here for 3 nights, and our first night was wonderful. I highly recommend this fantastic property, we Dey will be coming back! Thank you to each and every staff.

Hi, I stayed in this hotel for one night this weekend and can highly recommend it. I visited this area to go to a wedding and the hotel did not only let me check in early, but also gave me a very spacious, modern room. Parking was also free and easy, breakfast buffet absolutely fine. I am coeliac and was very glad that gluten-free breakfast options were no problem at all. The highlight of this place is the fantastic service! Very friendly and accommodating staff! All in all, I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Thanks!

Very nice experience to stay at this place. From the different options I was suggested before booking, I decided to book here because it seemed the newest place, and the pictures were a fair reflection of the building. It was fully refurbished not long ago, the rooms were quite spacious, and the breakfast was very good, with the option to have cooked eggs. It is located in a quiet area with the possibility to a nice walk towards Ellwagen's town center. Recommended.
