Just right next to a big shopping mall. Great for a group or family stay. But cleanliness needs to be improved. Very dusty.

There is no air conditioning in the room, they provide you 1 fan which is very hot in summer. Also i found cockroach in the room. And there is no ventilation in toliet and bathroom. The customer service is only available within 9-5pm. Parking is quite expensive nearby the public parking cost euro$25/day

I really loved the place - super cool apartment.

BUT it was 32 degrees outside, no aircondition in the room and no way to cool it down during the night,

The best part in this service apartment is they had a full kitchen so we had cooked a nice breakfast and it has a very huge balcony with nice views.

The rooms are nicely designed and chic. I also like the swivel TV so we can watch TV at the bed and on the dining table.

Everything was outstanding, the lady in the reception office was very kind and fast, I got an upgrade to panoramic apt., which was perfect with a big terrace with an amazing view of the whole city. I highly recommend.

Location is very good. Near shopping mall, train station. Parking is free below the property. We should check in first then friendly staff lady show us our unit and parking. Apartment is good, We have everything we want inside the apartment already. Recommended for everyone want to stay in stuttgart.
