MASEVEN Stuttgart SI-Centrum (ehem. SI-SUITES) in Stuttgart

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the quality cosmetic products in the bathroom from Rituals. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which created a very nice atmosphere. We did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

The only thing that disturbed our stay was the built-in bathroom radio, which suddenly switched on in the morning on its own. If this could be adjusted or turned off completely, the stay would be perfect.

Overall, a good experience and we would consider returning.

I recently stayed at the MASEVEN Stuttgart SI Centrum and was genuinely impressed by the quality and modern design of the rooms for the money. They’re spacious, spotless, and filled with high-end technology, the kind you don’t often find outside luxury hotels. The automatic blinds, lighting controlled from a central panel, and the bathroom mirror with a built-in TV and radio were standout touches that made the stay feel sleek and futuristic.

However, there are a couple of drawbacks worth noting. Parking is a real issue…even with a paid reservation, there’s no guarantee of an available space in the garage, which can be frustrating after a long drive. For a hotel of this standard, better parking management is definitely needed.

Also, while breakfast is quite good, it’s not included in the room rate and costs €14 per person, something that’s not clearly communicated until after you’re charged. A little more transparency on that front would go a long way.

Overall, MASEVEN offers a comfortable, high-tech experience with a few logistical hiccups. Great for the room quality and features, but be prepared for possible parking headaches and extra costs at breakfast.

The apartment was super high-tech – buttons everywhere and even a TV in the toilet, which my son loved.
But PARKING was a disaster:
P3 showed free spots but was full, so we used our prepaid day parking ticket in P2, which trapped us in the morning until staff freed us after lots of jogging between parking and reception. yes, we asked at the evening if we could park at P2 with our ticket
We ended up 20 minutes late and annoyed- plan accordingly

This is a decent 3 star hotel. The Service ist very basic but it gets the job done. The rooms are in a good condition, fairly big and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers both an underground parking option breakfast and a small gym.

I stayed at SI Suites for 6 weeks and fell in love with the place. Obviously I can't review them fully as some things were closed due to Covid-19 such as the restaurant/bar, but I can honestly say that this was probably the most enjoyable stay of my life. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful and did a great job informing guests of the changes that had to come due to the increasing Covid restrictions. They genuinely enjoy their work and it shows. I had one of the large ground floor suites with patio access. Everything in the room was modern and new, I can't think of anything that showed any real wear and tear. The bathroom was quite trendy; I never knew I needed a TV in the bathroom mirror until I saw the one in there. The living/kitchen area was quite spacious and larger than most suites I have stayed in. When I checked in I was pleasantly surprised to find a small bottle of wine and two bottles of water on the table waiting for me. a good way to unwind after a long day of travel. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone I know who comes to Stuttgart.

This place was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and the location was convenient. There are amazing hiking/biking trails on site and apples and pears grew in the trees.

Great staff, very attentive and responsive! Excellent and clean rooms with kitchen facilities. The location is close to the train station, very quiet and surrounded by great views.

Great hotel, great, big, clean rooms and great location on the outskirts. I will come again and I really enjoyed my third stay again
