There is a public area just in front of the hotel property where a sort of "techno-party" was hosted until 1:00AM.
Our room was located on that side of the building. We asked the staff to switch our room and they told us they were "fully booked", which sounds like a terrible excuse because there were only 5 cars in the parking lot, a single employee at sight and just a couple other guests the next morning at the breakfast room.

This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover

The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you are not informed that if you stay for 4 days, the room will not be cleaned or the towels changed unless you ask for it. It is a shame that hotels now see this as standard. At the beginning there was a drinks voucher and now nothing is done and the guest has to ask for everything like a supplicant and that even with higher room prices. Tip: you get a bathrobe for the sauna... you just have to ask at reception 😉

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch.
Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on.
Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Great Hotel, Limited Parking, Hard to Find
A brand new hotel that's really leaning into the maritime theme. Rooms were large, comfortable, and there's a free sauna and roof terrace by the fitness center. Overall fantastic.
Only niggles: There's very limited parking (and no EV charging at all) at the hotel itself. You'll have to most likely find street parking down the road or park in the (very nearby) parking garage. This is especially an issue since there's no check-in parking available.
The hotel is behind another building, so it's pretty hard to spot from the street.

Shining new hotel with a marine themed rooms, cool bar and bike/scooter rental on the spot. Yes, it's in the industrial area, but that's not a problem when you re coming to Heilbronn with a car. Note with reference to some other reviews- hotel bar/restaurant is very much open at 10pm, you can find also a little fridge with refreshments, drinks and snacks in the lobby.
