This wasn't our first time at this hotel, but unfortunately, the cleanliness has declined. At breakfast, some cups looked like they hadn't seen a dishwasher or weren't properly cleaned. We also noticed residues on plates and cutlery.

Customer-orientation of breakfast staff as well as afternoon/night front desk staff great. King room bed ok. Housekeeping could work better organized. Great value for prize, with breakfast and gym included.

All around pleasant experience. There’s friendly staff and nice selection at the breakfast. The main downside is the location. It’s quite far away from the center. However, you can get free public transport tickets at the reception, and the bus to the city center stops right infront of the hotel. Therefore the location isn’t a big issue.

There was a large spiderweb in the room, the curtains were stained, and there was a dead spider. The towels didn't smell fresh. The staff couldn't speak German, and their English was heavily accented, making it hard to understand.

Great proximity to car rental. It's located in an industrial area, but there are plenty of dining options and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was good, though the Western options were quite basic. Rooms are a bit small. Keep windows shut to avoid bugs. Despite its roadside location, it was surprisingly quiet.

Location is good. Cross the bridge and you are in the centre of the city. What I don't like is noisiness of housekeeping staff and the staff is whistling. For many countries and cultures whistling belongs to very bad superstitions and it is very uncomfortable to hear the staff at breakfast and housekeeping workers whistle in the corridor

Location is very convenient. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, fulfilling all our requests in time. Room is modern, warm, no need to turn on heater while it is 10 outside. Had very nice view over the river. If The room space was a little more, could have been the best hotel ever.

Air condition was the important thing which was missing in the room. Ambient temperature was 34 degrees.

The room (303) was just perfect. It was spacious, the toilet was big, with a huge window for very good ventilation. The only knock was the small/inconvenient shower. Exceptional hotel. Close to the car ferry. Very clean and quiet. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room includes a buss pass making it easy to get around and explore the beautiful surroundings. I loved waking up to the sunrise over the lake and watching the evening sky settle over the water. The parking was also easy. I appreciated the breakfast simple and delicious.

Nice with a caveat Nice hotel in a bustling area near the ferry dock. Very nice breakfast buffet (included), and a cool seafood store/restaurant next door. A bit loud due to the number of boaters, walkers and bicyclists that frequent the area. Parking situation is quite poor... had to hunt down a spot on neighborhood streets.

Very romantic hotel situated along the border of the lake. A five minutes walk to the center of the town along the typical and beautiful villas from the beginning of the 20th century. This is our first time at Lake Constance and we chose this hotel by chance. The rooms are very modern and clean. You sleep very well there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A big plus is the very good breakfast. Even better is the dinner in the restaurant as part of our half board. We can eat ala carte every evening. Very tasty. We will definitely come back again.

It's a nice hotel in an EXCELLENT location less than 5 mom on foot to Bodensee. It has a restaurant and bar which also hosts Check in for guests that arrive at late hours. Parking is a nightmare in the area as it is in a residential area and so you have to search a considerable amount of time to find something close to the hotel. Otherwise you have to park further away and take a bus to the hotel....
