dissatisfactions with communication and check-in
To be improved: Communication via the Hotels app were not responded to. Automatic check in outside the hotel after hours was not appreciated, specifically as I had contacted the hotel in advance to announce our time of arrival. The automatic check in took a higher sum from my credit card than the one I had been quoted. This required extra time at the front desk the following day, which clouded the experience.

Localization is the biggest advantage of this hotel. The next is clean rooms. In general this hotel is on the level Ibis budget. Quite convenient automatic check-in system - friendly and simple. About service I am not able to tell nothing good. If you don’t ask about something you will not receive information - good system because if you don’t know what ask for you will not ask. Hotel promises personal service during the week at reception desk from 6.45 a.m. till 7.00 p.m. but Friday evening is too attractive time to spend it at work. So reception is closed at 5.00 p.m. - very nice and friendly isn’t it? For reception man for sure. Breakfast - standard basic offer nothing special nothing wrong. So generally on this level I recommend more the Ibis budget (they deliver what they promise).

Very modern, clean hotel

Arriving in the evening, there will be nobody to receive you and the reception desk and the seats in the foyer will be locked away behind a metal grate (no food, no drink available, in the midst of a German provincial town at night, reign of Hades) . But you will overcome the Alcatraz feeling and find very friendly staff (the kind of persons who know everything), quite a good breakfast with regional food ... and everything very near to the Fairy garden and the wonderful castle of Ludwigsburg. Maybe you will also appreciate the sober modern wood/cement-architecture of the building, too.

We were charged for two rooms although we had booked only one for two nights (1 and 2 November 2024 ). We tried to get our money back and signaled this error but all was useless, calls, emails…..no way!

Petite room
Cozy but a little small .. with winter travels, putting away yr winter coats is challenging!

It seemed pretty new and pleasant design in the hotel and the room. I liked the easy check in!

Stayed here for a business trip. Breakfast is the same every single day. Normal day starts at 630am while weekend starts from 730am. Hotel is small but cozy. Only have the basic. If u r late there’s a check in kiosk outside. Right opposite a shopping mall.

Quiet, clean, modern stay
Really easy checkin even late at night. Lovely, clean room with comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was not great, but I was able to reconnect when signal was lost. The housekeeping staff entered my room in the morning without knocking which was a bit of a surprise but I expect that it was because I used the self-checkin feature and possibly they didn’t know I was there. Very strangely the desk is only occupied until 2pm, so bags cannot be left later than that time. Overall happy with the stay and wouldn’t be discouraged from staying here again.

I stayed at Bergamo hotel while on business trip.
They do not have a 24h front-office, but rest assure, if you have a reservation you can check-in via a robo. outside.
The room is clean and quite specious. I have noticed that the hotel itself is new.
Breakfast is not that diverse, but everyone can find something tasty to try out.
The staff is very friendly and polite.
I would recommend the hotel also for its location (literally 1 min from the mall and 5min from the historic center).
