We had a superior room which was perfectly adequate for two adults and one child. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and plentiful; there was something for everyone.

It was an amazing experience. I stayed there for 10 days. The hotel was very clean and the room Service was always available to help in a very fast way. However, I needed to ask for slippers. I didn’t understand why they were not there in the first place. I stayed in so many hotels around the world in America in China in Turkey, but this hotel in Germany was very special and was very comfortable and this is what I really needed because I was on a short trip jfor my university and comfort is what I needed. Also the staff spoke very good English.

A red maple forest, an ancient castle, a 5-minute walk from the shopping street, convenient for shopping, beautiful scenery, and nearby ancient churches, castles and palaces.

The room was a bit small, being in the attic. Thankfully, I'm not tall, but it still felt a bit cramped. The facilities were a bit dated, but otherwise, it was fine.
The food portions were generous; even a smaller eater wouldn't be able to finish them!
