I’ve stayed here a few times and it was generally fine, but my most recent experience with the parking garage was incredibly disappointing.
The garage is very cramped, and the EV chargers are often blocked by reserved spots. However, the main issue is the mechanical stacking system. For some reason, the staff decided to operate the lift and move my car at 2:00 AM. This triggered my car alarm, and I was woken up by staff and asked to go down to shut it off.
Being forced out of bed in the middle of the night due to the hotel's own logistics was very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no real apology, discount, or even a gesture like a complimentary drink to make up for the massive inconvenience. If you are traveling by car, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Everything was perfect.. (Location, staff, rooms, breakfast) Only parking is a little problem..

Great location and excellent service. Just be warned that the rooms are definitely on the smaller side. If you are looking for a base to explore from or just a place to sleep this is perfect but don’t expect luxury and space.

Friendly staff, good location

Perfect place to stay if you need a place in this part of Germany. Friendly staff. Big breakfast. AC! And, a short walk to one of the most spectacular 18c German palaces. Several nice place to eat very close.

Fine but not as nice as in the pics
In itself a good hotel but "overpromised" on the booking sites. I chose a more expensive room for a bath option that no longer exists and the parking was full both nights so needed to find place elsewhere. The bathroom was refurbished but not with a walk-in shower as in the pictures. But the room was spacious

A clean and modern Hotel, nice and quiet at night, great staff, always helpful, breakfast is well laid on with a continuous supply of fresh items, the young lady provided superb service and was busy all the time making sure tables were cleared and items topped up..
Local area was quiet and lots of different restaurants and cafe's.. I ate at a local Italian restaurant and the food and service was superb too.
Definitely stay again if I return.
Thank you.

Modern hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is very clean and decorated well. The room we received was the perfect size for a short stay. The staff at the desk were friendly and efficient during the check in/out process. Breakfast options are plentiful, offering a variety of different food and drink. The hotel does have a small underground parking garage for a fee. We opted to use the secondary garage (recommended on the hotel website) that was only a short walk down the street.
