The room was warm, and the carpeting throughout was very comfortable. The location is great, right next to Schwäbisch Gmün train station, just a few minutes' walk. The breakfast was delicious; I especially loved the blueberry yogurt and fresh berries! There were even gummy bears on the pillows in the room 🥳

The price/performance ratio is too low. The price is over 600 without breakfast. The facilities are old and the traditional key is stuck in the door for a long time. The ground parking lot costs an additional 7 euros and the underground parking lot costs 15 euros.

This is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of the city. The staff was awesome and very friendly with whatever I needed. The breakfast was delicious every morning and great coffee. This is where I will be staying on my next trip to Schwabisch Gmuend.

We stayed for one night and it was a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, amenities provided. Breakfast was entirely okay given the price. Very courteous and friendly employees. If you want great value for your money and stay in the city center, I can thoroughly recommend the Pelikan. Parking provided for an additional fee of €5,50 per night in an outside car park.

This is a nice hotel with clean and quiet rooms. Like most hotels in Germany, it's an older building, but well-maintained. The price is very reasonable for European standards.

Stayed for few nights with my son. It was clean and well managed… a block from the Christmas Market, which was fun.

We had a good experience. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Location is good in a pedestrian shopping area. The only issue we had was that the bathrooms on two rooms in two separate floors were very smelly. Something like a sewer gas. The smell dissipated a bit in one of the rooms, but persisted in the other.

I stayed in Göppingen for 3 nights. The town was very nice, clean and tidy, with a slow pace of life. The streets were especially pleasant to walk on, especially on rainy nights. The hotel facilities were very new and comfortable. I would choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is on a mountain, overlooking the town at the foot of the mountain. The hotel has many saunas and a restaurant next to it. The courtyard with autumn leaves is still very beautiful, but it is very difficult to access the Internet in the hotel. There are rooms with almost no signal. The king-size bed room does not feel very big.

I had seen good reviews before booking the hotel. But once I checked in, the place really impressed me. It's a calm, quite and friendly place. Very cozy and warm. The best part is that they provide shuttle service which becomes extremely crucial during winter.

Traditional hotel and restaurant popular spot near centre of town. Been a few times over the years and quality consistent. This hotel still uses physical keys for the rooms in place of electronic ones. Nevertheless, the rooms are wide, comfortable. Matresses are basically of the hard type. All in all, the atmosphere is clean, neat close to be classy. Rush at breakfast otherwise you will lose the best (I mean croissants, salmon). So be there at 7 am , 8 max.
