Great location. Great housekeeping.
The rooms, however have such thin walls I heard another guest next to me talk on the phone for 2 hours. I could even hear his wife on the phone's speaker. Are these walls cardboard?
Also, no breakfast available.

I have never treated myself with a solo stay at a hotel in my own city - but I needed a holiday from home and ... it was just that! The staff is amazingly friendly, but not annoying. They help wherever they can. My room was neither too big nor too small - it felt cozy and the window didn't allow others to look in - so I had my privacy. Thank you so much for letting me experience the cozyness and rest I needed. Now I know where to go if I need a calm, restful space for a night or two in my own hometown. If you, dear reader, decide to visit this amazing place, I hope you'll have an awesome stay! Wish you all good and happy life!

Old building but made modern for the bathroom inside the room .mine was a big room but a small on suite bathroom.very nice town worth a stay .host was helpful with information before I arrived .

Very basic room and hotel. Expected more from this historic place. In over 4 months of travel first place with no way to make coffee or tea in the morning! Restaurant and bar are still closed so no food except down the hill. Pictures on Google don't match realty. We had no view (see photo), no air movement when day temps were 36⁰ for 2 days, no fan or ac. The town is beautiful and we slept ok but would not stay here again. Staff were super nice and helpful but basics are missing for the price paid. Beautiful floors and buildings.

Amazing hotel. Very central located. Everyplace is reachable on foot in minutes. Restaurants and other retailers are few steps away.

Friendly staff. Easy reservation over the phone and less expensive than booking with 3rd party sites.
Check-in and out took place outside which we had no problem with. We’d rather be safe and healthy during a pandemic than go through the pomp and circumstance of a reception desk.
Centrally located and in walking distance to all the sights, restaurants, shopping, etc.
The attic loft was tastefully renovated and decorated - modern yet fit in with the historic building. Exterior soundproofing was excellent but we could hear the couple chatting in the room next door. No big deal as they finished around 10pm but something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise.

This is very friendly place and quite unique 4 houses combined into this hotel the hotel is very old and small rooms but modernized well great location to walk around the town

Nice place. We were in town for an convention and had a great stay on hotel scholl. The room had everything you need. The bed is comfortable. If you just look for a place to sleep, its a great place. Thx hotel scholl

Next to the main church. Parking usually available in front. Very friendly staff . Nicely appointed rooms. Good bathroom. Breakfast was very nice also. Very old town houses which are completely modernized inside.
