Centro in Stuttgart

Positive:

The hotel is central located right across the sausalitos where there are magnificent Cocktails. Right next to the hotel there is a Burger house, which was also very well attended.

Staff very friendly.

The rooms are allright and have us felt comfortable.
Bathroom is ok, however it could be modernised.

Parking:
Just around the corner, there is a giant Parking lot, theodor-heuss-straße. Daily price is 12€, on the main road 10 minutes, costs 80 cents.

Negative: just because it's central, we were at 8:30 am shot what has quickly ceased to be aroused by trampling on the over. At 9:30 a.m. we started the construction works on the neighbour's Hau, drilling without end for what the hotel can nothing.

We were on the 1st floor and could hear the reception phone. The room is at the top.

Conclusion:
All in all, recommended!
I could not sleep in bzg. Noise.
Small things could be renewed, like the bathroom door which is easily broken and is stuck in the close up.

Clean simple rooms, conveniently located in the center. Can be noisy as located close to restaurants and bars.

Pros: Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, location is great.
Cons: The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the building and on the street. Even on a week night it's noisy.
