We loved everything, especially for families: • The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking mountain view. • The pool and sauna are clean, well maintained, and offer an amazing view

Our room itself was functional but had excellent storage space and a wonderful view from the balcony! Perhaps in need of a bit of modernising in the room and definitely need better pillows, sorry! The Rituals products in the bathroom were a lovely touch, as was the gift on my birthday

We were impressed by the attention to detail: Rituals toiletries (a high-quality brand), coffee and tea in the room, children’s beds prepared, a balcony with a beautiful view, a very comfortable bed, and even a small box with handy items like a needle and thread or a nail file

We visited the pool once and again, it maybe needs just a bit of modernising. Our kids loved having the play park! The one thing I would perhaps suggest is that €10 per night for parking is excessive

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed for two nights – three adults and two small children – and our experience was absolutely wonderful! Although the hotel looks a bit older in terms of renovation, it truly deserves all its stars

Excellent staff, spa and restaurant with relaxation guaranteed. Outdoor heated pool with a view to savour. Spa facilities and treatments world class. Food throughout the day absolutely delicious

We will remember this hotel very fondly, as we spent our honeymoon here – and overall, it was a great choice. Right from the start, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall standard of the hotel

What an amazing hotel! We stayed 4 nights, staff was so helpful (especially Lisa was so helpful and nice to communicate, you should definitely give her a pay rise!) Olrika the waitress was also very good and professional, we felt like she cared for every little detail! Spa was great and so relaxing-michai did a great massage!

and also the yoga class was great! even tho I don’t speak German I still managed to enjoy it:) breakfast amazing! And rooms very quiet spacious and clean We will definitely come back thank you for a great experience!

It was served as a 5-course menu, with a choice of three standard options and one specially designed for pregnant guests. It was great to have options while also trying something new each evening

The spa area was also very nice – we particularly enjoyed the pool with the relaxation zone, where it was easy to truly unwind

The amenities including suana, spa and fitness center were all in top shape! The location is perfect for catching buses to surrounding areas! The breakfast was spectacular with amazing mountain and town views and utmost attention to detail, it felt like an expensive restaurant

Centrally located across the main train station and within walking distance to town. Friendly staff, excellent service, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast served on the top floor with views of the mountains

The location is good, more than 200 meters away from the old salt factory. It is convenient to eat opposite. The Italian food is really good. There is also a supermarket next to it, which is convenient for shopping

There were so many small things I forgot to mention like the excellent locally produced Mozart chocolates given at checkout. If you are thinking of staying here, look no further and just book it!

This was one of the most excellent stays I've had at any hotel in awhile! It is reminiscent of a time when customer service at hotels was highly valued

Sandra in evenings and Brigidette during daytime and the rest of staff did an amazing job at assisting us in all our many requests

You can ask at the reception bathrobes and sauna towels, but it could be in the same room, so no need to ask. Girls in the restaurant and on the lobby dressed in national costumes

What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service

5 hours from Hallstatt—all quite convenient! Facilities: Basically complete, adequate for a stay! The sofa bed had a sagging corner, and I felt like I was about to fall off! Food: The breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant had a warm, romantic atmosphere with its pastel-colored decor! This restaurant was my favorite! Parking: There's an underground garage, and after checking in, you get a receipt...

The friendly front desk staff asked about my trip and told me that a vacation is all about relaxing—very insightful! Upon departure, the front desk even gave each of us a bottle of jam, which was a nice touch! View: Opening the balcony door, I saw distant mountains and lush green lawns

They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing

Beautiful location right next to a wellness park. Train and bus station right there. Info center were great service and know their information, very helpful. Lots of restaurants to walk to

Just few steps next to the Kurgarten. Nice environment, quite rooms, tasty breakfasts.

The "travel group Walther" was a guest in this beautiful hotel this weekend. The service, the food, this all-round carefree package. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars, but it should really be 10

My wife and her family have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Great place to decompress and tap into old world Germany. The service is always A++ and the owner/chef is top notch

The staff are incredibly friendly and warm, you really feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. They have recommendations for every day, and every weather. A short walk to the picturesque Thumsee for an amazing swim

While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed

Nestled in the mountains, with rolling green meadows all around, it's like driving into picture book paradise. The air is so fresh and clean, beautiful flowers and trees and stunning views of Thumsee

The food is exceptional, excellent breakfast, soup at lunch time and multiple dinner options each night, you're welcome to try them all! Plus fresh salads and delicious desserts

Vieles war im Winterschlaf zumal es sich um ein Hotel mit Golf usw handelt. Für uns war es ein Skihotel, denn das Skigebiet Lofer ist in nur einer halben Stunde zu erreichen

Das Appartement war groß und schön und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Aufenthalt war im Februar und es waren nicht viele Gäste im Hotel
