We loved the place. It was clean, spacious, and centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

New, centrally located hotel. Room large enough for an Ibis. Two glasses and two bottles of water are missing, which seems like the bare minimum for a guest! Not even two glasses to put toothbrushes in!

Everything was perfect: the location, the welcome, the breakfast, the parking, and the room. The only small downside was the gym, which is too small and not well equipped. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

For a group of 10 pax, it was too late for us to book a hotel in Salzberg, it came to be the back up for us to book this hotel because it is quite fae away from Salzberg.

We used this hotel as our base to explore Salzburg and its beautiful surroundings, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is new, with a modern and up-to-date design. The facilities are also very nice—we especially appreciated the balcony and the nice views of the Alps. We didn’t have time to try the sauna, but maybe next time! One small addition that would improve the experience...

The room was new, but a bit small. The underground parking lot was large, and the parking fee was reasonable.

We stayed in this hotel for five nights. Everyone was incredible! The location was perfect for getting downtown. The rooms were clean and spacious for two, also every room had a balcony. My favorite part about the hotel is that the had a mini bar where they had wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages essentially at cost. I enjoyed everything about this place. I would come back again! The only downside...

The staff there are incredible the best people work there seriously. Excellent guest services, friendly. Amazing !! Room clean, spacious, comfortable bed. The one negative is parking can be hard. It’s tight on the actual property but there is parking nearby about .5 miles (10 min walk) free 6p to 9am. You can also ask to rent the car port for 5/ night which I think is good at least for your first...

Dear Fuchs family, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great and caring stay from 05.04.24 to 07.04.24. It was like "home" I've never been to a hotel where you take your cold drinks from an open fridge and write down what you had on a piece of paper. Payment on departure... Great trust to the guests! The breakfast is very good! Large selection of fresh and above all different...

I wish I had found this place sooner. Very convenient location. Close enough to town to easily walk around. Clean, comfortable, & of great value for the price. Very good breakfast and accommodating staff. Genuinely a five star experience. I've already booked my return trip here!

I always choose to stay at this lovely family hotel when I come to this delightful corner of the world. It is so warm, so comfortable, so clean, delicious breakfast - all of that is great but the best thing of all is that i see the same people every time I stay. Very good location with view to the lake and to the mountain. It has all you need for a comfortable stay, including dishwasher, coffee machine, TVs and wifi wifi. Parking is right near the entrance. Would definitely come back

Already reviewed on another site but we can't recommend this enough! Beautiful accommodation, a wonderful welcome and beautiful surroundings.

Immaculately clean rooms, wonderful host Heidi and spacious rooms with full kitchen. We had great time here. The downside is that you need car to get here. There is an optional bread service available. It’s delivered 7AM in the morning, freshly baked. A small lake and a rowing boat is available for the guests. You can do laundry here for no extra cost, which is great for light packers (laundry detergent...

Great, beautiful and quiet location. Plenty of hiking tracks in the area. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Beautiful views. There is a small lake where you can swim and row. Free parking available. Breakfast was decent. The lady who is running it is very polite and friendly.

We really felt welcome. Very clean airy rooms, great view from the balcony, excellent breakfast with different menus every day. Rooms and breakfast area are well designed and in impeccable conditions. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back.

The staff was very friendly at first, but in the end, we were shocked! Why? Upon arrival, we were offered public transport tickets to travel (for free) during our stay, even though they knew we were coming by car. One ticket cost ...

They are very friendly and accommodating to special requests. I even received spelt rolls and lactose-free cheese. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect for tours.

Quiet hotel with older furnishings, friendly and very helpful staff. Simple breakfast, perfectly adequate to fill you up. Perfectly fine if you're spending the whole day exploring the beautiful countryside. Central location. Recommended.

You receive a friendly welcome, get tips for excursions and information about the local area, you can quickly walk into town and still have a quiet location, the rooms are good with a great view but you don't travel to Bad Reichenhall just for the rooms, thank you for the fabulous service and we would gladly return.

I had a great stay at this hotel with my wife and kid. Breakfast was great with juice, cheese options, coffee and nice bread. Rooms were super clean. The owners were very kind and helpful.

We were welcomed and given our guest cards, the first time we were given an explanation that these gives free bus travel; this was really useful as we had to take a bus the next day. Our rooms were lovely; I was in the annexe with a ground floor while my niece was in the main hotel (4th floor). It was a wonferful experience to be here, it had a nice cozy but ordered room which was completely clean. We used this hotel as a checkpoint for our trip to Slovenia, but sadly it got canceled because of the 2023 floods. A nice small hotel with a perfect location (5 min walk to the railway station), clean rooms (with lovely mountains views) , friendly service, rich and tasty breakfast. I stayed there as a solo traveler to explore Berchtesgaden. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is really nice. Rooms are very clean, very nice view from the windows. The food in its restaurant is made in a very efficient manner. The chief can make a special food for your needs. Inside the passages of the hotel you will have a very nice experience. I wonder how beautiful it will be in the Christmas!

Rating only refers to the food: very tasty apple strudel, delicious soup and vital salad! Nice service. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we found it difficult to find the way to the hotel-restaurant entrance, as we came from the hike on foot and thus from below/below the hotel. Anyone arriving by car will be navigated directly to the entrance.

Clean room with a nice mountain view, friendly staff

The room was clean and comfortable with balcony view of the town and mountain. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was excellent with many health options. Parking was easy. About 1.2 km away, walking distance is towncenter shopping center with many great dining options, Vietnames food, etc. The check-in staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Highly recommend this hotel visiting Halstatt, Salzburg...

Molds in bathroom. They started to take some breakfast items like sausages and hams away 1 hour before the breakfast end time, left us very few option. Not only me but everyone was surprised. After telling the receptionist, they brought them back to dining room from kitchen.

Convenient location, public transport and supermarket nearby easy to explore the nearby attractions.

Nice hotel The hotel looks lovely. The room was a good size with balcony. We arrived late but they provided clear instructions how to get into the building and collect our room key. They provided tea bags but no kettle to boil some water but there was a coffee machine but no capsules. So that was a little disappointment. Part from that all was good.

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Delicious breakfast when we woke up. Really this would be 5 stars of the air conditioning in our room worked. Everything else was great! Would recommend 👍.
