Location: On the German-Austrian border, just over 10 kilometers from Salzburg, a half-hour drive from Lake Königssee, and 1.5 hours from Hallstatt—all quite convenient! Nice hotel but don't ask for peanuts. Everything was great, friendly staff, room, pillows and breakfast. But when I asked for some peanuts together with my beer I discovered that the 2 small handfull portions I received were billed for 3.60 euro's, more expensive then my beer! Buy your peanuts at the supermarket.

Should be a separate floor for people with dogs.

We loved the place. It was clean, spacious, and centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

New, centrally located hotel. Room large enough for an Ibis. Two glasses and two bottles of water are missing, which seems like the bare minimum for a guest! Not even two glasses to put toothbrushes in!

Everything was perfect: the location, the welcome, the breakfast, the parking, and the room. The only small downside was the gym, which is too small and not well equipped. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

For a group of 10 pax, it was too late for us to book a hotel in Salzberg, it came to be the back up for us to book this hotel because it is quite fae away from Salzberg.

We used this hotel as our base to explore Salzburg and its beautiful surroundings, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is new, with a modern and up-to-date design. The facilities are also very nice—we especially appreciated the balcony and the nice views of the Alps. We didn’t have time to try the sauna, but maybe next time! In all a great hotel and I would recommend. Just a few things that, for me let it down just a bit. We were placed in a disabled/ accessible room. It meant we had a huge shower but also bars. We had a fantastic experience at Klosterhof. The staff made us feel so welcome and well looked after. The rooms are amazing, it is worth getting the rooms with the views of the mountains. This is a great place. Great and friendly service. Rooms are big and there is a really nice German restaurant down the street.

The location is good, more than 200 meters away from the old salt factory. It is convenient to eat opposite. The Italian food is really good. There is also a supermarket next to it, which is convenient for shopping. The hotel rooms are also very good. It is worth recommending

Room was mostly clean but a rather large cobweb in the corner of the room with a few huge spiders. Staff was very friendly and helpful getting the room cleaned up. Biggest down side was the parking. Make sure you book it in advance. They only have 9 spots and they go quick.

We were there for 8 days. Very nice hotel, nice view. Large modern clean rooms. Hygiene concept implemented very well. However, the breakfast was very limited and without variety.

Staff friendly, rooms clean. The rooms are perhaps a bit old-fashioned, but we knew that beforehand. The corona ordinance is implemented well and sensibly, you feel safe. Overall, I am satisfied.

Went hear with my girlfriend before a spa day Friendly staff -they can speak English and have an English menus. The food was really good and the beer was amazing- so tasty. As is typical in Bavaria, a visit to the local brewery inn is well worth it. After visiting the saltworks, we were hungry and thirsty, and this was the perfect place to satisfy our appetites. The attentive staff always had a friendly word for both locals and tourists, and the traditional white sausages and Kaiserschmarren were delicious.

Great, beautiful and quiet location. Plenty of hiking tracks in the area. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Beautiful views. There is a small lake where you can swim and row. Free parking available. Breakfast was decent. The lady who is running it is very polite and friendly.

This hotel is really nice. Rooms are very clean, very nice view from the windows. The food in its restaurant is made in a very efficient manner. The chief can make a special food for your needs. Inside the passages of the hotel you will have a very nice experience. I wonder how beautiful it will be in the Christmas!

Rating only refers to the food: very tasty apple strudel, delicious soup and vital salad! Nice service. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we found it difficult to find the way to the hotel-restaurant entrance, as we came from the hike on foot and thus from below/below the hotel. Anyone arriving by car will be navigated directly to the entrance.

The "travel group Walther" was a guest in this beautiful hotel this weekend. The service, the food, this all-round carefree package.....can only be recommended. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars, but it should really be 10. That's why 👍 thumbs up, always worth a trip.

One of the cheaper places to stay in the Bad Reichenhall area, it provides a good quiet base nearby to town and lovely surroundings to explore. Very friendly with a genuine family atmosphere. Plenty of choice with rooms and clean too. Great value for money. Recommended.

It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful town and it has an adorable view, we have 2 rooms with a long balcony (rooms 7 & 8 ) It is around 7 minutes walking to the train station The rooms are clean and tidy The owners and staff are very welcoming and nice people they make you feel as at your home The only negative thing: the internet connection was very bad except that every thing was perfect

An absolute recommendation! You feel very comfortable from the start in this family-run hotel. The hostesses are very attentive and create a great feeling of welcome. Very nice Villas from late 19th century. It almost feels like staying in a museum. The owners took well care of maintaining the original flair of the building. It is still in a good condition with new bathrooms so it didn't feel rundown. Also there was a nice garden around the villa.
