Stayed one night during a work trip. The hotel had all the essentials I needed for a short stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Solid, convenient option in Erlangen.

We expected more for the price - the room and bathroom was a little bit outdated and small. But the breakfast was perfect, lots of choices, quality food.

It is a spacious standard room but the bathroom is rather small on the contrast. We didn’t manage to get our membership room upgraded so they give us the coffee-tea voucher. They also put in the effort to draw the card and give us a sparkling water. The room doesn’t have a refrigerator. The breakfast is quite good considering the room price. The novotel Erlangen offers the very old design language of Novotel, unfortunately. It really needs an update if the interior. The people working there were super friendly and nice The rooms though defintly need an upgrade. I liked the layout of them but I hate carpets, especially auper old ones which have seen way too many people already. Also, I think jts no longer modern to have a little kitchenette...

We found Novotel Erlangen with ease as the location is superb, ample parking space. Check in was super fast and easy. Reception were friendly and professional. Rooms were well equipped, comfy and we had a fantastic sleep. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. There is a petrol station across the street and we filled up and left for our onward journey. Stayed here during a business trip coinciding with the Bergkirchweih festival, so prices were significantly higher than the usual €60–70/night rate. The hotel is clean and functional, with a good location and convenient underground gated parking (€18/day) that’s easy to use with a validated ticket. I didn't have high hopes and just chose this room randomly. The underground parking garage is huge, and there's a direct elevator to the garage. The entrance is nice, the receptionist is very welcoming, and the room is the cleanest I've stayed in so far. The environment is very nice, and the highway nearby makes commuting convenient.

Hotel in a good location with easy access to the city center. Underground parking available. Staff very friendly and customer-oriented. Rooms functionally furnished. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for guests with average expectations regarding amenities.

It's located on the edge of a small town, but it's very quiet. The hotel feels a bit old, but you can tell the interior has been renovated and the facilities are up-to-date. There are multiple power outlets for charging via USB, and they provide welcome water and candy. We were welcomed by a very nice and friendly receptionist named Benedikt. He made sure everything was working and we could leave our car even though someone else had parked two spaces over - we will definitely be back.

We've been staying at this hotel regularly since 1984. It's convenient to everything in Erlangen, very comfortable, and wonderful staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice brasserie in a very convenient and central location. The drinks are definitely the highlight — great selection and well made. The food is just okay, nothing particularly memorable, but decent enough. Service was acceptable, not outstanding but did the job. Overall, a good spot to stop by, especially for drinks. I’ll likely come again, probably just for the drinks and the vibe.

We were a large group and yet had a wonderful experience, thanks to our waiter Ghazal for making the effort.

American style diet restaurant. You can drink a lot of kind of alcohol and eat several kind of burger and salad and more. Amount of dish is good compared to price. Taste is good. The Waiter is friendly. Tip was requested. A cooker didn’t wear the mask.

A somewhat old fashioned hotel, but in a good sense! Very helpful, polite and friendly personnel, neat chambers. A hotel just to sleep and have a good breakfast in. Most excellent of the hotel is the location. In the centre of the old town, at a quite spot, just behind the central park. Nearby is Steinbach brewery (Top location!!).

A very nice stylish Hotel, located in the centre of Erlangen. You can reach almost everything on foot or a Bicycle from the Hotel borrow. This Service I find easy top. Car Parking there is, of course. In the vicinity of the University hospital, the Botanical garden, the margravial theatre and the city Museum. Thumbs up!

Everything you want from a hotel. Clean, confortable, welcoming and serves a lovely breakfast. Ideally placed between Erlangen and Nuremburg with good rail and road connections. A must for anyone wanting a nice stay.

This friendly and welcoming hotel is run brilliantly but a lovely family. The room was great and the breakfast each morning was a real treat. Nothing was too much trouble and I was well looked after throughout my stay. The outside pool area with well kept rose bushes was an ideal place to relax and both the local bus and train services are very close by making travelling very easy. I will be back soon

A really lovely hotel in a super location for local transport links. Very friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble, with special mention for the delicious breakfast each day. The church bells did not disturb me at night and the comfortable bed and clean bathroom meant I was very satisfied with the accommodation. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely family run hotel that actually made us feel like part of the family from the moment that we arrived. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Remarkable value apartment. This was only an overnight stay, but I would simply try to book here again for a trip to Erlanger or even Nuremberg. I have found few perfect places in a lot of traveling, but this is one of those.

I love the EcoSmart Apartments. The dog can come along, you can cook, and it's in a great central location – what more could you want?
