Very interesting old hotel, decorated in different styles. With a great spa, sauna and pool. Breakfast is good. A very positive thing is that a lot of emphasis is placed on avoiding waste. Very centrally located, right on the market square.

Something to experience in every nook and cranny. A spa sanctuary, delicious gastronomy in the coziness of decorative pillows and antiques, and attentive innkeepers who arrange for your every need. We hope to come back and be greeted by the great furry guardians of this unique and historic hotel.

Very old and intriguing hotel full of charm and peculiarities throughout. Bit of a trek from reception to the room, up an elevator, up a stairs, then down a stairs, while snaking through old corridors. Room was comfortable and spotless although a bit small. Breakfast was lovely. The owners have two lovely big dogs at reception - they do smell a lot though which is slightly off putting for a hotel....

Nice friendly hotel in center of town. Stuff is very very friendly, the food is nice. There is WiFi in hotel. One little, but very little minus (for me) is the noise from the restaurant, when staff is cleaning (around 23` they are dragiing tables and chairs around and for someone that go to sleep early that can be a problem because it is very loud..

Perfect location in Dinkelsbuhl We appreciated being able to select Room 115 to get all of the features and comforts we were looking for. Our room was clean, spacious, cozy, QUIET and comfortable. The shower was very nice too. The location is perfect for touring the town and the restaurant is an added bonus! Have some great food and beer and walk up the stairs to your room afterwards.

This comment is on their restaurant. It was our first time having lunch at the restaurant since November of 2020 before the COVID lockdown. Even though it was a little rainy and cool day, we really enjoyed our lunch at their outdoor café. Service is great, and food is very good.

This was such a quant cute place to stay. The rooms were very cabin like, but nice and clean and updated. We loved the breakfast, it had an awesome spread and the service was great. Its right in the middle of town, so you can walk around and see all the things you would like. We would definitely stay here again.

The town and hotel are amazing. Don’t be put-off by the need to park your car outside the city wall. It is free and so easy, and really just a three minute walk back to the hotel.

Nice, clean and modern. Our room (215) was a ground floor room with a small area to sit outside. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and bright. Good shower with plenty of hit water.

The staff were great and location was fantastic, I was also impressed that there was a heated indoor pool, but there were 2 things of the room that needs improvement - 1) the room was too cold even with heaters turned to the max, 2) because of the design of the shower, shower water leaked to the rest of the toilet.

it is all very nice, good breakfast, friendly staff, and clean and comfortable rooms, located right in the heart of the old Town. but the room was bare and cold, all white and antiseptic... no paintings on walls, no splash of colour anywhere, no individuality to the rooms (also no water kettle for tea/coffee in the room, sadly). the room could have been anywhere in the world... they missed the chance...

We had lunch here while in Dinkelsbuhl. The good was nice, very comfortable sitting and very friendly staff. The price is very reasonable or even lesser for a tourist place. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a drink at this restaurant on Saturday afternoon17/05, spoke to waitress about booking a tale for the evening and she suggested booking in advance. We had a great table that night, the food was amazing and plentiful, the tiramasu dessert was stunning. The same waitress from the afternoon served us in the evening and was a credit to the restaurant.

Just stopped by for some evening snacks & the experience exceeded all expectations. Captivated by warm & inviting staff-specially Anika. Felt fully satisfied both in terms of delicious food and top-notch service. The street view added to the whole experience as it is amidst the beautiful streets.

Perfect hotel in a perfect setting. Dinkelsbühl is a lovely place to visit. We ate in the hotel the first night the meal was lovely, the spa is amazing, so many different Sauna to choose from as well as the roof top pool and 3 floors of chill out space and free herbal drinks and fruit. Will definitely go again and would recommend without a doubt.

Great old fashioned rooms and in our double room a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The floors are slant and this ancient hotel has had royal guests such as Gustav 2 Adolf of Sweden. In the dining hall hangs paintings of the famous visitors and it is an honor to sleep in such a place. The standards are cosy but not luxurious in general. It is not built like most hotels today where everything has to be gold...

Good: Professional staff, even friendly. Good heating, quiet place, excellent bed. So so: Breakfast is untypically boring for a German place. They have no concept of Decaf: There are kettles in rooms but decaf isn't an option, even on demand. In a 4 star. Poor: The "hotel" consists of severel buildings in the vicinity. I had to drag my heavy suitcase around the block over 150 m of rough cobble stones...

Please be aware that they do not accept payment by card. We were directed to to a nearby ATM to withdraw the 50 odd euro cash for our meal! While we accept cash payment on food/ drinks under 20 euro it seems ridiculous that would by accept a credit card for something over that. A lovely cosy hotel that is not far from the town centre. Room cost is not expensive, the room I had was very much old world charm with exposed beams and smaller windows but with a modern bathroom . Service was friendly and breakfast was a tasty buffet with many different choices. Bonus that everything was easily within walking distance.

We went to lunch buffet here with our group tour. Food is excellent, one of the best tiramisu I have ever had. Roast duck and tomato cream soup was a comfort treat in a cold rainy day. Decors in the hotel are very tastefully done and very whimsical. Love it

The room is comfortable and big enough and very. The hotel is modern and new. The decoration is a little bit dark, but this is a matter of taste. The breakfast is very good. It is a walk distance from the city centre. There is a bar and a restaurant .

The rooms were great, comfy and roomier than I thought. The location was great, and having a restaurant below was awesome to get food when we were hungry while staying there. Breakfast food and service was really good and filling. Evening dinner was good too, good variety of german cuisine, but we had slow service because the server was new.

I was kicked out of my AirBnB and had no place to stay. I was brought here by a stranger who heard my situation and knew of vacancies and explained to the owner about my situation and gave me a discount! The rooms are small, but they're cozy. The bathroom is nice. The sheets smell amazing, but the noise canceling of the rooms is not so good. Regardless, even at full-price, this hotel is worth it!

The room was very clean, but the hallway on the same floor didn't smell very nice. The room description was poor. Self-check-in was very easy, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good; I just missed having more vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.). Otherwise, I would gladly stay again.

In this small town, this hotel's facilities are probably the most modern. However, the Wi-Fi signal is still poor, frequently dropping the connection. The breakfast selection is average. The coffee is the kind that's already brewed in a pot.

Ideal place for sleep when traveling on the motorway A6

This hotel is cheap but good. Exvellent shower, confortable bed and clean. Don't expect cleaning at the weekend. There is a restaurant in the hotel but I,didn't try it. My bike was made welcome and safely locked in a garage. It might get warm in summer and my room had no aircon.

I want to praise the receptionist of this hotel, who is very kind and received me in the middle of the night and came out to meet me. We traveled late and did not get to book the hotel the day before, but the lady at the reception, because she did not have a room for us, everything was taken, immediately tried to give us she found accommodation and called all the hotels in the area and found us accommodation...

Basic hotel including the breakfast. Room was clean and shower was hot. No real parking and had to park on the street. A very small courtyard holding maybe 8 cars. Breakfast was continental and acceptable. The town was generally quite in the evenings midweek. Found a very reasonably priced restaurant with good homemade food.

This is such a unique experience. The building is stunning, the rooms are really clean and beautiful. I like that they didn't totally modernize the rooms.
