Great location, just a 500-meter walk from the airport. The hotel is very clean, but they don't provide single-use toiletries, so remember to bring your own.

Service was quite good, very friendly and professional people. Nearly all facilities in the SPA area were not working. ☹️

Very good and clean hotel, I can highly recommend staying there. 

The location is perfect, especially to catch an early morning flight or to take the subway to downtown Berlin.  The breakfast buffet has a really good variety.

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel

A very successful experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. A very varied and delicious breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Excellent accommodation, just 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel is new, or nearly so. Ours was a family room for four, very spacious, spotlessly clean, with two TVs, and very comfortable. Excellent! There are two or three restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean and tidy, and there was a parking lot. The breakfast was so-so, but there was a very good Chinese buffet restaurant called Jingdixuan nearby!

It's quite close to the airport, and the room is very large, but the table is very small, which is a bit odd. It's also strange that there's no kettle in the room…

This hotel is different from the Holiday Inn across the street, but it's a budget brand in the same group. It's fine if you book with that in mind, but if you book thinking it's a Holiday Inn, you'll be disappointed. The room is impersonal and fine for just one night's stay, but there's no kettle or vending machine, which is inconvenient. I needed water, so I went to the Holiday Inn convenience store...

The bed was very comfortable, but the hotel was newly renovated and the room had a bit of a smell.

Unbeatable price for a standard German hotel with added benefit of a public transport ticket. Especially convenient if coming from/getting to the airport. Good soundproof windows.

The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

Was good place to stay around airport

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

It was nice to stay here. Good and pleasant hotel. The only thing I was charged twice, one time by trip.com and hotel. So multiply your amount *2 and enjoy your stay)))

The receptionist made my stay a worth while he was a good and well mannered gent. Also friendly.

For one night it was acceptable Note that the hotel is located directly under the flight path. The toilet, lacking a seat, feels unusual and the shower is very small.

It was fine and comfy... Good for a night stand.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel because I thought we could walk between it and the airport. However its not possible to do so as no footpaths. There is a bus from the airport to near the hotel but unknown to us. The duvet was too narrow for the double bed, I think it was a single. Its around E19 for a taxi. Good for a pre or post flight.

Nice, clean and cheap. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is large and of good quality. You have to walk 500 meters to the nearest bus stop.

We came here with our dog for New Year's to escape the craziness in Berlin. This hotel is very pet friendly and was packed with dogs which was awesome, thank you for caring. Lots of fields around the area, a doggies dream. We stayed here for 2 nights you have everything you need. The room was very clean, beds are very comfy and the bathroom was very clean as well. We definitely stay here again.

We spent Silvester night here with our two dogs. You barely can hear anything with windows closed. Minus is, they charge 12€ per dog, which i think is fair, but would be better if they tell you that in advance while booking. Territory around is quiet and with little fields to walk at. I needed a one night room last minute, as a solo traveler. B&b hotels made it super easy for me to book a room and provided such comfort- and peaceful state of mind while I was with them. The breakfast room was spacious and they had a great selection of bread, fruit, cheese, tea, and oatmeal toppings.

After 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. In zone 3 of metro making travel costs to town more expensive. Also seems like a dodge area

The place is nice, for young people especially, with kitchen, next to S-Station. The price is fair. A pity I was not confident enough to sleep with open windows, which does not open on the top. Not freshly clean is the real negative point, although the sheets seemed to be clean the pillow and the blanket would need a nice refresh, and the smell of the room was not agreeable.

Surprisingly very good for the price Friendly staff - room very clean - Shower and Toilet immaculate all TV stations working (un usual for a German hotel). Short walk from the sub way station. You get what you pay for regarding quality. However, safe, clean, nice staff, easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again if needed an early flight.

We stayed just for a night between flights. The room is clean and looks like at the pictures. Editional touristic tax needs to be paid at check in.

Everything was great again this time.

We stayed at this hotel , near the airport and absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. I have to highlight the receptionist, he was so friendly, respectful, and welcoming. He truly made our experience even better. Loved our stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Berlin for two nights, and overall, the experience was pleasant. Location: The hotel was about 30 minutes to Berlin center. Room: The room was normal. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. Has a TV, and bad Wi-Fi. The bathroom was compact but clean, with hot water and decent water pressure. Nice hotel near airport. Lovely staff that try to accommodate your needs. Lovely room, no fridge, but that seems to be the norm for Berlin. Train station about 15 mins walk into centre of Berlin. Will definitely recommend.
