Best Western Premier Airporthotel Berlin in Schonefeld

During our trip to Berlin, we were very satisfied with our stay at Best Western Premier Airporthotel Berlin. We would especially like to thank Mr. Ali Hüseyn, who worked at the reception desk. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful towards us. It was obvious that he truly loves his job. Thanks to his sincerity and professionalism, we felt very comfortable and valued throughout our stay. We would gladly choose to stay at this hotel again just because of the wonderful hospitality we received.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and all the staff members were friendly and very helpful. The location is also very nice — quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We were also very pleased with the breakfast. A special thanks as well to the Tunisian chef, who was extremely warm and hospitable and kindly offered us treats during breakfast. It was truly wonderful to be surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

This is definitely a place where you can stay in Berlin with complete peace of mind and enjoy a warm, high-quality hotel experience. Thank you for everything, Premier family 🥰

Very nice stay, I warmlyrecommend

The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

Was good place to stay around airport

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

It was nice to stay here. Good and pleasant hotel. The only thing I was charged twice, one time by trip.com and hotel. So multiply your amount *2 and enjoy your stay)))

Great hotel

 Very nice hotel. Good and fast service, highly recommended. Very suitable for families, very clean, comfortable sleep. 

Very close to the airport with modern decorations. Easy to access with bus and totally electric check in check out system.
