We stayed just for a night between flights. The room is clean and looks like at the pictures. Editional touristic tax needs to be paid at check in.

We stayed at this hotel , near the airport and absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. I have to highlight the receptionist, he was so friendly, respectful, and welcoming. He truly made our experience even better. Loved our stay!

I'm warning you about the scammers at this hotel. The service is terrible, even rude and arrogant. A room normally costs around 80 euros. But when you get to the hotel at the last minute and have a problem, they don't help you. They want to take advantage of you and force you to pay 195 euros. Avoid this hotel, it's the worst kind of place.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Berlin for two nights, and overall, the experience was pleasant.

Location:
The hotel was about 30 minutes to Berlin center.

Room:
The room was normal. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. Has a TV, and bad Wi-Fi. The bathroom was compact but clean, with hot water and decent water pressure.

Service:
The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English and offering recommendations when asked. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

Cleanliness:
Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

I did not have a great experience at this hotel. My bathroom  was initially smelling very bad and the room did not seem very clean. Also, I had safety concerns as someone tried to open my room door in the middle of the night.
