I paid through trip.com but still they charged me full payment during check in and they didn’t even have any helpdesk. So overall it was a terrible experience at ibis.

The hotel is terrible! Unsanitary, a whole zoo of insects on the bed! I didn't stay the night. They promised to return the money.

Worst Hotel I have ever been at. Would rather sleep on a chair outside. Smelled like urine, smoke and perfume in the room. Dirty room’s and the airplanes make a lot of noise

There was no reception at night, only an electronic machine to check in. It didn’t feel safe with arriving guests trying to figure out where to go. Also I caught four bed bugs in the room. It’s cheap, but really not worth the trouble.

Awful. I paid in advance through *******, but when I got there I was expected to pay again, about twice the amount i paid through *******. the person who worked there told me I would get a refund within 24 hours. It has almost been a month, no refund. The room itself was very dirty, stained sheets and nasty floors. Also, no toilet seat!

Couldn’t get my room card because the machine said I needed to pay a fee of €56,51. That was more than the cost of the room itself. Absolutely ridiculous. Sat on the ground in the lobby for a while and then left when no one could help me. Major scam. Also, not convenient getting to the airport. Bus takes about 30 minutes total.

Bad choice. Even though it's an Ibis, it doesn't do justice to the Accor chain... the receptionist had been drinking and didn't understand English... the bathroom smelled like sewage... and well, it's so close to the airport... I've stayed at other F1/Budget hotels, but this was the worst of all.

No check in, horrible service
I could not get into the hotel, I came around 11pm and it was online check in but I didn’t have any instruction of my room number and how to get in. All the phones were not answering. I had to go to another hotel because I didn’t have where to sleep. I want refund
