I needed to stay here due to flight delays. They worked well with the airline to make sure I had everything I needed. Room, dinner, breakfast, and taxi were all coordinated by the hotel and the airport together. Everything went very smoothly. The room was well maintained, nice, and the bed slept well.

Nice modern, new hotel opened in February 2023, where we spent a pleasant night following a Lufthansa flight delay. The hotel is 25 minutes from Frankfurt Airport. Nice rooms and confortable! Very quiet and clean, comfortable beds, large bathroom. The Food in restaurant brilliant, breakfast that was included was fantastic! The staff is kind and professional, even help you manage the taxi, to back airport...

A strictly business hotel in Bad Vilbel, about 30 minutes outside of Frankfurt. We stayed here for our office event for 3 days and everything was pretty well organized and on point. The food though leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are friendly and cooperative and the location is well connected to the city even through public transport, but there isn't much to do nearby.

This is the hotel I always stay at whenever I come to Frankfurt. The breakfast is plentiful, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are very nice.

A friendly reception on arrival and departure framed this very pleasant stay. Spacious, comfortable room. Good location with shops and bus stops nearby. Plenty of parking space.

We have stayed in this hotel, had breakfast and dinner. Rooms are okay but the taste of the design doesn’t speak to me, it can be a lot developed. On the other hand, breakfast is nice and our dinner experience was excellent. Delicious dining for a correct price. Friendly service.

Spotless, modern hotel. Free parking for guests in secure garage. First-class restaurant with delicious cuisine at reasonable prices. Rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are modern, with walk-in showers. Room rates are reasonable. Location is about 20 to 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, depending upon traffic. I cannot think of a single way to improve this hotel, and recommend...

The hotel staff is very friendly. Check-in is flexible. You get access to a fitness center nearby, which is a nice plus point. It is my second stay here. I will come again.

Having stayed at this hotel more than 10 time's we have experienced a number of different rooms some amazing some not so but we know that it will be clean and comfortable. This stay was Gain just that. We visit family in Bergen-Enkheim so stay on a room only basis. We got a great deal with ******* and so think our four night stay this time was great value.

Nice medium priced hotel in picturesque area of Frankfurt (Bergen). Wonderful view from the room of the Frankfurt skyline. Very clean room. Would be nice if it had air conditioning, but a fan is provided. A bit of a walk to the U3 subway that takes into the city, but a much better hotel than the ones in Enkheim that are closer to the U3 station. Hotel also has an ok on site restaurant. Would stay here...

Everyone has been so nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and have exactly what we need. The roof deck was so pleasant for our Easter Sunday. We relaxed and had drinks and food that we brought on the deck, with a gorgeous view.

I stayed for 9 days. There were 2 nights where it was rather noisy

Everything was perfect. If there are one little point to improve is the temperature or the room.

Very good location . It’s away from the big city of Frankfurt located in a very nice and quite area. Transport to reach Frankfurt city or airport is easily available and takes 30-40 minutes.
