Lifts are poor and waiting times long at peak times such as Breakfast. Food choices are very limited in the bar and restaurant  Service extremely poor in the bar area but one lady apologised and did her best but 30 minutes waiting time for drinks is not good enough.  Rooms comfortable and clean

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.  Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable.  We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.

Would highly recommend, service was great, room was lovely, clean quiet and comfortable. Location was spot on. Couldn’t fault it and loved the funky deco. Even helped my mum who needed a freezer to cool some ice packs.

Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

A good choice for business travel. Although it is far from the city, it is relatively quiet and safe. Europe is too chaotic now. The entire floor of the Pullman in the city was pried open, so a resort hotel far away from the city center is still a good choice.

Perfect experience! The room is much bigger than I expected with a nice view. Very thoughtful arrangements such as warm lights, water, towels, soap and even a teakettle! Totally saved my life! Good location, clean, everything is good

The rooms are top-notch. The beds (mattresses) are very comfortable. The night's sleep is good. The sports bar has good food (rump steak), Benedictine wheat beer, and attentive service. Breakfast is very expensive at €19 per person; we then went to the Hessen Center across the street for breakfast. Price via TripCom: OK.

The hotel is in a good location, just a two or three minute walk from the subway. The breakfast is Western style, but the style is quite rich and basically meets the needs. The hotel hardware conditions are OK, except that the bed is small, everything else is OK. The hotel service is average, especially the cleaning staff, there are always cases where they do not provide cleaning service

An average hotel, good for a short stay with a reasonable price.  The location is excellent as the Suburban Train Station and a shopping centre are less than 5 minutes walk.

Convenient transportation, next to the subway station, free parking, very convenient, the lobby is very beautiful, there is a piano, worthy of the name Mozart Hotel, the room is quite spacious, clean and sanitary, the furniture feels a little old, but overall it is good, and the breakfast is also rich.

Stay affordable. Comfort: not up to standard Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. With a few things the comfort can be improved substantially

A bare bones business hotel. Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Not much options in the immediate area around the hotel for restaurants. The closest are at up the road at the nearest intersection. Breakfast is nice. Though the walls are thin. Didn't get a full bed, but two smaller ones pushed next to each other.

Housekeeping is very poor. The front desk is good.

Right beside metro and tram station. They first gave us a room facing the staircase by the metro. What kind of view is that and felt unsafe! Then they changed to a higher floor but gave me accessible room normally meant for handicapped people. As a hilton honors member I was disappointed with that. Overall room size was big and breakfast was good.

Their cleaning is really subpar, again. They don't change bedsheets which I am okay with, but they didn't clean the floor well and didn't seem to clean the bathroom and tables in the room at all. Otherwise, perfectly good hotel for the price.

Really nice hostel, clean room and bathroom. The staff are helpful and kind. The only slight downfall is the location, it’s not very close to the city centre but the walk is 40ish minutes walk to most of the famous attractions. Other than that, it is a easy to find and a good hostel

We spent one night in this place during our transit between Poland and The Philippines. Truly great place with a lot of activities inside the hostel. Helpful and kind staff was the main reason which was also beneficial for us. The room wasn’t the cleanest one I’ve ever seen in my life, but it’s not the huge disadvantage. Overall, it was really good stay in reasonable money.

Everything was great, except for the cleanliness of the windows and the scratched tables in the 9th-floor apartment. The view of the skyline was truly fantastic and saved the day. The sauna and pool were also really great. Thank you. I'll definitely check in again.

Everything's great It's about 25 minutes to the center

The location is excellent, just opposite the European Central Bank. The building is very old and the surrounding environment is very good. You can walk to the old town of Frankfurt, where there are many places to visit. During the business trip, it may not be the peak season, so there are fewer people. The room is large and the divisions are reasonable. Highly recommended.

found the room to be really spacious, nice, and clean. However, there were a few minor issues. The guest toilet lacked a trash can, the safety box wasn't working properly, and there was still some trash left in the kitchen bin. Additionally, the socket for the TV power was not functional, and only one socket next to it worked, preventing me from plugging in my laptop to the tv in the living room...

Simple, elegant and classy. I booked it for someone else and got good feedback. The price-performance ratio is quite high. There is also a welcome sign on the TV, which is very thoughtful. Small gestures have a big impact. I plan to choose this place next time I come.

Located a little way from the city center, but right on the tram line. The old town and financial district are therefore quickly accessible. Cool lobby with all kinds of design objects, restaurant and hairdresser. The room is small, but very comfortable. Good bed, huge TV. Free drinking water, but no kettle in the room. No closet. Room was clean and on large size. Could not get heat control to move, seemed stuck so waking up was a bit chilly but fine once moving but shower was refreshing after. Not terrible. I arrived too late to go out, so I do not know how situated as far as how close to things.

A little off the beaten path but still in a relatively nice location. About a 15 min walk to central downtown or a 2-3min metro ride. Nice grocery stores and restaurants in the general area. The room itself was small but comfy. The bathroom had a small shower with amazing water pressure and super hot water. Was quiet at night and had a comfy bed. Overall, nice for the price.

This is a solid budget hotel. However, it is the only place I have ever stayed that did not have a 24-hour reception desk. This made checking into the hotel fairly tricky.

The room is relatively small and the location is very good and convenient. It's just that there is no air conditioning and it's a bit hot in the summer.

Very conveniently located for the tram, and plenty of variety of restaurants close by. Enjoyed a few hours at the Zoo which is only 50m away. The room was fairly basic but nice to have a fridge and safe in even the small single room. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel! The Bathroom was excellent and the room was pretty decent. However, I wished they had an AC and not just a fan; this is the one slight letdown. Please be aware that they ask for a cash only city tax which is 2 euros a night per person. For some reason they don't include this information when you book online. Overall it was great, the room service still came late in the afternoon...
