Very unhelpful staff, not responding to request and very rude.

I mistakenly booked the wrong night, and I actually arrived there thinking it was the correct night, they refused to let me cancel the wrong night without paying for it. Very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention that the night I booked was two months later! So it actually would have cost them nothing to cancel my night for free. But anyway, they lost a customer.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Check-in is flexible. You get access to a fitness center nearby, which is a nice plus point. It is my second stay here. I will come again.
