My husband and I stayed a nigh during our 24‑hour layover. It was just a short walk from the arrival hall, and overall we had a nice, easy stay

Very convenient and service was very good. Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

Walking distance from the airport with a great breakfast. Perfect for an overnight layover.

Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

The room facilities were just okay. The bottom of the toiletries cup was dirty, and even after repeatedly washing and scalding it, I still felt a bit gross using it. The main benefit of staying at this hotel is its convenience for catching a flight the next day.

The hotel has no advantage other than being close to the Messe. Cleanliness is mediocre, breakfast is average. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the bed is old. The room furniture is very outdated, which causes an unpleasant smell in the room. During trade fair periods, prices increase by about five times, but it is definitely not worth it. There are much better options just one stop away.

This hotel is nice, But the best part is the Bar. Lifestyle.. Bring it back to the old days!!!with music and life. It used to be the center of our exhibition life. The team leader is extraordinary. To the management, please, please...we all miss it

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

Frankfurt Marriott Hotel surely has the great view to the Frankfurt skyline, and the sunrise 🌄 from its window, you can't complain anything about it. Meanwhile, it has good VIP Lounge, sports bar, and buffet restaurant, overall is really a good combination. While the services can be improved to align with the hardware of it.

After our flight got canceled, we were sent here by the airline. The rooms were comfortable and the views were outstanding. As our flight was very early the next day, we didn't get to try the breakfast. The only thing that was missing from the room was a shower cap, especially if you are without your case.

Spacious rooms with a balcony and great views of the town lit up at night. Very comfy pillows. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. It was the second time we stayed at this hotel because it’s near the airport, they do have shuttle for T1 and T2 so it’s very convenient.

The staff at the front desk were friendly but utterly incompetent, giving wrong information about shuttle buses, getting easily confused about the simplest questions and frankly not really knowing how to deal with guests in a competent manner.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. Upgraded my room with a view and it was incredible! The sauna, restaurant, receptionists, staff, room and even cleaning staff, everything was great value and experience. I downloaded the app and will try more of their branches all over the world.

Overall a solid and decent hotel. Breakfast is good, slightly better than some competitors. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened, so there is a bit of a lack of fresh air. Apart from that, everything is fine. Good location and well suited for short business trips in Frankfurt.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! I knew IntercityHotel has chains in China, so when I saw it, I booked it without hesitation! Oh, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water in the room!

Very close to the train station, as soon as you arrive at the station there is a big sign to the right to get to the hotel. Restaurants and bars nearby. Hotels in Frankfurt are probably all pretty similar, with so many business travelers. I guess the German standard operating procedures are all much the same. The hotel floor is really long and winding. I booked two rooms and they were ridiculously far apart. The location is close to the old town, so that's quite convenient.

General it is a top Hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to stream Netflix or others and the swimming pool was not available. We selected this hotel for both services especially for our children. Only less than 5mins working from HBF. You can find the hotel without going out from Hbf main entrance ( seems to be red lighf & a lot homeless). Just exit from exist 1a and you can see the intercity hotel right away then go straight turn left you can see toyoko inn.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station, which is very convenient. The price is fair and if you only need to sleep here during the night and exploring the city in the day, this would highly meet your needs. The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night. We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for.

This hotel, built in 1872, has pretty mediocre service. It's conveniently located, but the value for money isn't great. The decor is incredibly old and outdated. I really don't understand why it's considered a top luxury hotel.

The thermostats of the shower is broken and the technician came in less than 10 minutes to have a quick fix; it is still broken though but I could at least take a shower.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Roman Forum, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn, and just 1 minute to the U-Bahn. Extremely handy! The hostel is large and difficult to manage, so the shower stalls in some rooms are broken and there's a bit of dirt under the beds, but for the price I paid it's fine.

The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The bed was too soft, but the service was very friendly. From the airport, you just take the S9 one stop to Gateway Gardens station, and you're there. You don't even need a ticket, just hop on.

Hotel is great but the ad in the app is awful since one thinks that the parking is included with the reservation (see screenshot) and only later one is informed that the parking has a price of HALF THE ROOM. This extra cost was not in our budget and will probably never use the app again since I feel robbed.

I just stayed the night to get a connecting train the next morning. Free shuttle bus available from.the airport to the hotel, but you have to pay €15 for the shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport. Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

The king-size room at this hotel is quite large, but the decor and fixtures are a bit dated, and it's not ideal for light sleepers. Rooms on the roadside are noisy from traffic. The lobby is beautiful, and the service is good.
