Frankfurt am Main, Hugo-Eckener-Ring 15, Flughafen/ Terminal 1 (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
My husband and I stayed a nigh during our 24‑hour layover. It was just a short walk from the arrival hall, and overall we had a nice, easy stay
Very convenient and service was very good.
Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.
Walking distance from the airport with a great breakfast. Perfect for an overnight layover.
Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.
Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).
The room facilities were just okay. The bottom of the toiletries cup was dirty, and even after repeatedly washing and scalding it, I still felt a bit gross using it. The main benefit of staying at this hotel is its convenience for catching a flight the next day.

Goed hotel qua ligging. Schoon en prima service
Spacious clean rooms with skyscraper views. Top floor pool, gym and sauna. Great breakfast choices too.
The hotel has no advantage other than being close to the Messe. Cleanliness is mediocre, breakfast is average. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the bed is old. The room furniture is very outdated, which causes an unpleasant smell in the room. During trade fair periods, prices increase by about five times, but it is definitely not worth it. There are much better options just one stop away.
This hotel is nice,
But the best part is the Bar. Lifestyle..
Bring it back to the old days!!!with music and life. It used to be the center of our exhibition life. The team leader is extraordinary.
To the management, please, please...we all miss it
The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.
the staff left connecting door open between rooms. I felt very unsafe after found out end of the day.

Nice hotel, I have stayed here whenever I travel to the city. The price is nice as well
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service at the lounge was exceptional — Adriano was very attentive and professional, making sure every detail was perfect. His warm attitude and attention to guests truly made a difference in the overall experience
It seems that all German Hotels lost their sense of 5-Stars Service after COVID-19 Pandemic...
Frankfurt Marriott Hotel surely has the great view to the Frankfurt skyline, and the sunrise 🌄 from its window, you can't complain anything about it.
Meanwhile, it has good VIP Lounge, sports bar, and buffet restaurant, overall is really a good combination.
While the services can be improved to align with the hardware of it.
After our flight got canceled, we were sent here by the airline.
The rooms were comfortable and the views were outstanding.
As our flight was very early the next day, we didn't get to try the breakfast.
The only thing that was missing from the room was a shower cap, especially if you are without your case.
Nice hotel, good location, free parking on the road, nice service, clean room

A slightly disappointing stay at the Radisson!
The room was lovely and clean as you would expect with a comfy bed and pillows, but there was a door to the adjoining room (locked) and the guests next door were smoking - the smell filtered through and was very unpleasant; not really the hotels fault but disappointing given that it's a non smoking hotel! Otherwise room was to standard with coffee machine...
Modern, stylish hotel with great city views and comfortable rooms. Convenient location near the business district. Highlights include a top floor wellness area and a rich breakfast buffet. Ideal for both business and leisure stays.
The highlight is the Sky Lounge and the wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center on the top floor perfect for relaxing after a day of meetings or sightseeing...
We stayed at the Radisson Blu Frankfurt for the second time during the Shishamesse, and overall, it was a good experience.
This year, we really appreciated the presence of reception staff at check-in, unlike last year when everything was done via self check-in. Bringing back that human touch is a great improvement. A special mention to the Afghan receptionist (unfortunately we didn’t get his name...
The room is a bit small but warm and clean
The staff is very friendly and professional. Jinjiang's strength is trustworthy.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Hotel, and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were neat and quiet. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. I want to express my gratitude to Sara from the front desk for her exceptional support during a difficult time. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the view from our room was amazing.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special as we were celebrating my birthday.
Thank you to the team for the kind gesture and great service – we really appreciated it and would happily come back!
it was excellent. away from city and relaxing
Spacious rooms with a balcony and great views of the town lit up at night. Very comfy pillows.
There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. From the train there was easy access to both the old and the new town.
I would be very happy to stay at the hotel again.
Extremely good for staying with your partner. So cozy and beautiful. I have one complain though. The heater wasn’t enough and my room was very cold. Other than that this hotel is amazing the rooms are sooo huge and beautiful. I stayed with my boyfriend it felt like home for us. The balcony is a huge plus as well. And the location is very very good. The bus station is right in front and you can be in...
This hotel pleasantly surprised us. Upon arrival, before the official check in time, I was beyond impressed with the very kind, helpful, and welcoming Ukrainian woman at the front desk. I knew it might not be possible to check in three hours early, but she went above and beyond to find us a room that would accommodate. Good service ,Nice staff, pretty environment, free Airport Shuttle busses to FRA (better than ever)
It was the second time we stayed at this hotel because it’s near the airport, they do have shuttle for T1 and T2 so it’s very convenient.
The staff at the front desk were friendly but utterly incompetent, giving wrong information about shuttle buses, getting easily confused about the simplest questions and frankly not really knowing how to deal with guests in a competent manner.
I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why...

I would stay in the hotel again for the future visits without any doubt
Reading reviews really helps you learn a lot of useful things.
My stay was on the 15th floor, and it's strange but the 15th floor felt like a 'premium' area.
There's a sky bar on the 15th floor.
The bar has a wide selection of drinks and beverages, as well as afternoon tea and snacks.
However, when I checked in, no one told me I could come here to sit and have a drink.

Very clean hotel, convenient and quiet.
Upgraded my room with a view and it was incredible! The sauna, restaurant, receptionists, staff, room and even cleaning staff, everything was great value and experience. I downloaded the app and will try more of their branches all over the world.
Very nice and clean room that is of good size. Hotel feels relatively new. Walking distance to shopping mall, but further away from the central business district. But it's a nice area to stay in. Will choose this hotel again if I go back to Frankfurt.
Went for breakfast. The hotel is very nice and clean, laid out in such a simple, streamlined and modern way that everything was easy to find. The breakfast was good. The egg cook was rude and didn’t want to make fresh eggs for me. You have to get your own coffee, which is great but there are no small spoons to be found anywhere on your table or at the coffee machine. By the time you ask someone to...

We had a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious, modern and very clean, with great city views from the higher floors. The super king size bed was extremely comfortable and probably one of the best parts of the stay in this EU trip.

Good but the recpitions are not fruendly
Overall a solid and decent hotel. Breakfast is good, slightly better than some competitors. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened, so there is a bit of a lack of fresh air. Apart from that, everything is fine. Good location and well suited for short business trips in Frankfurt.

It was well located next to the Train Station. Excellent Service. SUPER CLEAN. The only issue was that it was not clear about the parking. The hotel doesn’t not have parking. Next door there is one public parking. But besides this mis understanding in thr advertisment…it was great a experience….
This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! I knew IntercityHotel has chains in China, so when I saw it, I booked it without hesitation! Oh, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water in the room!
Very convenient, the hotel just few steps walkable from train station.
Easy to access around the city.
Very close to the train station, as soon as you arrive at the station there is a big sign to the right to get to the hotel. Restaurants and bars nearby. The only problem I had was the room is not sound proof. I was eating my dinner and making a video quietly then I heard loud knocks and hits on the wall from next door like asking me to be quiet
Great location, just across from Frankfurt Hbf. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room size was fine

Hotels in Frankfurt are probably all pretty similar, with so many business travelers. I guess the German standard operating procedures are all much the same. The hotel floor is really long and winding. I booked two rooms and they were ridiculously far apart. The location is close to the old town, so that's quite convenient.
Excellent! The room size, facilities, hot water speed, and location were all great.
Very nice hotel. Veey near shopping area. Clean rooms. Rooms are big.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They extended our check out till 2pm. That was very helpful as we could go about our activities in a leisurely manner

Really enjoy staying at nhow Frankfurt. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location is very convenient for getting around the city. The design has a slightly snobbish touch, but in a good way, it feels stylish and intentional without being uncomfortable. Overall, a hotel I genuinely like to come back to.
Very nice hotel with quirky interior and central location.
The negatives are… no wash hand basin in the bathroom and bad ventilation also the very expensive overnight parking €36 !!
great experience from checkin to checkout, a shopping mall is within a minute walk and there's an amazing bar and vip lounge is quite worth it
Enjoyed our stay at nhow Frankfurt. Convenient location across from a mall but it is a 15 minute walk to the old town area. The room was modern, clean and well thought out. Would definitely come back.
I liked the property, very good vibe with excellent breakfast and especially view from the high floors. Will stay again

It is a nice hotel with friendly staffs. It situated at strategic locations and have mall nearby.
As a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.
is a good choice but very expensive
Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing. There were silverfish in the bathtub though and hairs in the bathtub as well as the sink.

The room is conveniently located near the central train station, but it's a bit small. The facilities are relatively clean, comfortable, and fully functional. Breakfast was average, but overall, the value for money is decent and matches the price.
The hotel is conveniently located on the safe side of Frankfurt Main Train Station and is easy to walk around, with everything within about a 5-minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was good.
The hotel is quite clean and budget-friendly. However, only shampoo was provided; other amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and shower gel...
Only less than 5mins working from HBF. You can find the hotel without going out from Hbf main entrance ( seems to be red lighf & a lot homeless). Just exit from exist 1a and you can see the intercity hotel right away then go straight turn left you can see toyoko inn.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station, which is very convenient. The price is fair and if you only need to sleep here during the night and exploring the city in the day, this would highly meet your needs. I would highly recommend the breakfast including miso soup and rice, something Asian guests will truly appreciate.
The clock in the room was incredibly loud. On my second night, I also noticed a faint body odor. The day after housekeeping cleaned, I found hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable for sleeping (for me, the pillow was too high and gave me a neck ache). However, the front desk service was excellent, and the bathroom was very comfortable. Next time I'm in Frankfurt...

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night. We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for.

This hotel, built in 1872, has pretty mediocre service. It's conveniently located, but the value for money isn't great. The decor is incredibly old and outdated. I really don't understand why it's considered a top luxury hotel.

The location is fantastic! It's just one stop from Terminal 1, which is incredibly convenient, especially if you have an early flight. Getting a taxi nearby is easy and the travel time is very short.
Pleasant stay at this airport hotel. The room was big and clean. More importantly the price of the room was reasonable.
Was a good hotel, but there was a little noise in the room from the heating system I think. Also there where some repair tools left in the room

During my stay in Germany, I found Frankfurt to be the hardest place to book a hotel. Prices fluctuate wildly, and even during trade shows, prices can go up significantly.
