Great people! Familly own restaurant with amazing people that are trying to help and making you feeling home! Recomend to come to visit for hotel or for food. You dont want to miss this experience!!!!

It’s one of those hotels that stagnated since there’s little to no competition.
I’ve been here several times for business reasons and I liked better the restaurant than the accommodation
Rooms are basic and dated in terms of furniture, decor, etc.
The restaurant has a bar and a terrace which are convenient if you’re traveling with somebody.
Food is good and the service is average. They have the space to handle larger groups, but not the staff to manage it properly.
All in all, for what’s available in the area is one of the good choices.

Very nice place to stay. I’ve tried several other places in Bensheim but I can say truly that their quality is really good and I cannot think of a better restaurant here in this small town; there is a good variety of classic and elevated dishes available as well as drinks. The service is excellent above all else.

We booked a room on the hotel website with breakfast included. Upon arrival we were told at the reception that they you can not book a room with breakfast included on their website. After we showed the confirmation e-mail (which stated breakfast included) They still did not want to provide us with breakfast.
We were told that this was probably a fault on their English variant of their website and that they will look into it.
After admitting the failure was on their side, they still did not offer us some of our money back or breakfast. This is quite bad service in our opinion.
The hotel itself is fine. Nothing exceptionally good or bad to mention.

Great family run hotel with a great staff, smiley faces, the rooms are of a high standard, the beds comfortable, the shower great and the restaurant offers some excellent food. We loved the rösti with mushrooms, our friend who dined with us is gluten intolerant and was catered for with no fuss whatsoever. Gardens are lovely and they allowed us to lock our eBikes in the shed which was great!

Very clean and comfortable room . Breakfast was average and there are two dogs in the hotel that go through the reception area all the time ! For the area it's very nice
