We thought breakfast was included in our stay. When we booked with *******. So we were there for 3 nights and we were charged for (2x3) 6 breakfast. The hotel is across from the train station. Great location, great staff.great buffet breakfast.

Repetition in the very positive atmosphere. How long have we been coming to the Bacchus Hotel in Bensheim? More than 15 years? Perfect service, quality and contact with staff. Very special how things work here. We feel very comfortable here, even though the hotel is a business-oriented place. The individual does not suffer from this at all. The rooms, parking and (super!) breakfast are fantastic.

Did not like that breakfast was an additional 20€ charge per person. Could not even get a free coffee. However, we enjoyed our stay, staff was excellent and we would stay here again.

One of the best hotels I visited. I had a lovely room. Eventhought I am tall and the ceiling was lower in the 3rd floor I myself quite enjoy the overnight stay. Breakfast was really yummy. :)

I attended a seminar in the hotel. The food was delicious and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful :-) Parking around the hotel was good as well and I didn't have any issues in finding a parking spot for my car !

The property is great and quiet, but it is a little outside the city and it was hard to commute in by Uber. The tram is convenient but tahrs longer. Overall the stay, the staff and the rooms were all great

Excellent hotel. Used the automated kiosk for late arrival and it worked fine. Had the top level room for 3 with separate sleeping rooms. It was air conditioned, very cute, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful including some American touches including scrambled eggs and bacon for a nice touch of home. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

There's absolutely nothing to complain about here. The room is a good size, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom has a bathtub. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared omelets made to order. A very good selection and delicious salads from the buffet. The very friendly and helpful staff also deserve special mention.

We were here mid-week for coffee and cake. We had been here before and I felt that their selection of cakes was less than several years ago. The quality of their cakes is good and I would have enjoyed it more if the service had been little friendlier. There was only one other couple in the cafe at the time we entered.

Very helpful staff, when they are available. The staff are gone in the evening, as the hotel has no dinner available. The trouble is that the other 2 dining places in this town were fully occupied, so we had to get in a car and go neighbouring towns to get some food... The hotel has a good cakes selection. What a magical place! I can truly not say enough about how excellent my stay at the Siegfried Brunnen hotel in Grasellenbach was. The staff were all very kind and attentive. Most of them spoke English which was great for me, because my German is nien. The location is stunning in the beautiful Odenwald. This review refers to food ordered via Lieferando. Well, don't go for pizza it's rather plain, smallish but at least expensive as for what you get. There are better places with delivery around the town.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Actually, we would have preferred to leave immediately. The hotel room looks like it has fallen out of time. The impression is gloomy and not very welcoming. As a frequent traveler to Central Europe, I often find myself passing through Worms. I have stayed at Hotel Boos countless times and always find the experience very nice. It is okay to drink a beer and eat something. From my former stays I know that the rooms are small but everything is tidy.

Plus: Good Breakfast, good lunch, good staff, purpose built training rooms mediocre: the room and bathroom minus: no free Wi-Fi I was already at least 60 Times (three to five days) in the CTH Darmstadt (coach for the Telekom) and am satisfied. The price seems to me now, but Alternatives in Darmstadt, Germany, there are hardly any.

With a beautiful view on the cathedral, it is very centrally located. Spacious clean rooms (more soap could be provided) and many options for breakfasts that are healthy and delicious. I liked how friendly the staff were, they asked how your day is when you come back from a visit somewhere and are genuinely interested.

Auf der Homepage wirkt das Hotel deutlich besser. Den Preis des Zimmers (ohne Frühstück) empfanden wir im Nachhinein als überteuert. So waren z.B . Fliesen im Badezimmer beschädigt, der Warmwasserboiler war unten offen, so dass man an die Elektrik hätte fassen können, die Türklinke zum Badezimmer war lose...kurzum für 80EUR hätte ich mehr erwartet. Immerhin, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit

Just had a 9 night stay at this hotel. I liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff. There’s also a fridge in the room and ample storage. But unless you like having no internet and a noisy, hot room just don’t do it. The “soap” in the shower is terrible. Pool was closed. The restaurant was closed during dinner for 100% of my stay. This is just a good hotel. No frills, but that means nothing not needed. Everything you look for is there. The staff at reception and at breakfast are better than most staffs. I've been here twice, and when I'm back to Darmstadt, there will be a third time.

comfortable mattresses, curtains that close the window very well and you can sleep well. the entrance for the car is not convenient, first you need to register and then get the code for the barrier, during this time you need to leave the car somewhere. the room is small but the furniture is conveniently located.

No luggage storage was available between about 11 and 2 pm. The space below the beds was a bit dirty. Everything else was well described and alright for the price.

The hotel is located close to the Darmstadt central train station with easy access to Frankfurt. But it’s not so close that it’s noisy. The hotel breakfast had plenty of options and was really tasty. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The balcony was a nice surprise.

The hotel was clean and had good facilities, but on the day of our arrival, the front desk strictly required check-in by 3:00 PM, while other tour groups arriving after us were allowed to check in before 3:00 PM. This was a double standard.

Well maintained hotel in a fairly convenient location. But the service is clumsy. My schedule was changed and I had to leave before breakfast (for which I paid); but when I asked from the receptionist to get coffee from the machine, he insisted I paid for an Americano. Poor, inconsiderate service!
