We thought breakfast was included in our stay. When we booked with *******. So we were there for 3 nights and we were charged for (2x3) 6 breakfast. The hotel is across from the train station. Great location, great staff.great buffet breakfast.

Repetition in the very positive atmosphere. How long have we been coming to the Bacchus Hotel in Bensheim? More than 15 years? Perfect service, quality and contact with staff. Very special how things work here. We feel very comfortable here, even though the hotel is a business-oriented place. The individual does not suffer from this at all. The rooms, parking and (super!) breakfast are fantastic.

Did not like that breakfast was an additional 20€ charge per person. Could not even get a free coffee. However, we enjoyed our stay, staff was excellent and we would stay here again.

Great for a quick business trip, great food, unfortunately didn't get time to see the flamingos. A great interior inside the dining room, with a lovely warm fire place.

One of the best hotels I visited. I had a lovely room. Eventhought I am tall and the ceiling was lower in the 3rd floor I myself quite enjoy the overnight stay. Breakfast was really yummy. :)

Very nice place to stay. I’ve tried several other places in Bensheim but I can say truly that their quality is really good and I cannot think of a better restaurant here in this small town; there is a good variety of classic and elevated dishes available as well as drinks. The service is excellent above all else.

Great family run hotel with a great staff, smiley faces, the rooms are of a high standard, the beds comfortable, the shower great and the restaurant offers some excellent food. We loved the rösti with mushrooms, our friend who dined with us is gluten intolerant and was catered for with no fuss whatsoever. Gardens are lovely and they allowed us to lock our eBikes in the shed which was great!

Excellent hotel. Used the automated kiosk for late arrival and it worked fine. Had the top level room for 3 with separate sleeping rooms. It was air conditioned, very cute, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful including some American touches including scrambled eggs and bacon for a nice touch of home. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

There's absolutely nothing to complain about here. The room is a good size, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom has a bathtub. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared omelets made to order. A very good selection and delicious salads from the buffet. The very friendly and helpful staff also deserve special mention.

We were here mid-week for coffee and cake. We had been here before and I felt that their selection of cakes was less than several years ago. The quality of their cakes is good and I would have enjoyed it more if the service had been little friendlier. There was only one other couple in the cafe at the time we entered.

Very helpful staff, when they are available. The staff are gone in the evening, as the hotel has no dinner available. The trouble is that the other 2 dining places in this town were fully occupied, so we had to get in a car and go neighbouring towns to get some food... The hotel has a good cakes selection. Freindly, outstanding cafe, lovely breakfast. The rooms are a bit 70s, (I actually liked that) but lacked for nothing, and to be honest, as a walker mine was perfect and actually very atmospheric. Nice place. And the bread rolls - heaven!

The Hotel Siegfriedbrunnen seems to be the main hotel in the beautiful German village of Grasellenbach. It is a lovely, comfortable hotel, with excellent facilities including a fine restaurant (for indoor and outdoor dining) and a swimming pool. All of the staff, especially the lady who was the main waitress at breakfast, were wonderful. We will return as soon as we can!!

This review refers to food ordered via Lieferando. Well, don't go for pizza it's rather plain, smallish but at least expensive as for what you get. There are better places with delivery around the town.

Surprisingly they make one of the best pizzas in the city—-being a hotel, this info is not obvious at all when you search on Google Maps or online in general. I discovered them on Lieferando. Their pizza is excellent, made of tasty dough with the right texture, delivered very hot upon arrival. Generous amount of fresh toppings. Their minestrone soup contains freshly cut vegetables, not the frozen ones...

Overall an experience I would forget. If it weren't well connected to the place I had to go work at, this would've not been worth it. The owner/host is amazing. So caring, and helpful. He gave us dinner options nearby, provided bike storage and a pump, and even gave us advice for our next day’s cycling route. He was there for our check in, he served breakfast and saw us off the next day. My room was clean, comfortable and had three large windows that opened to let in a good breeze. Amazingly good hospitality!

It is okay to drink a beer and eat something. From my former stays I know that the rooms are small but everything is tidy.

Plus: Good Breakfast, good lunch, good staff, purpose built training rooms mediocre: the room and bathroom minus: no free Wi-Fi I was already at least 60 Times (three to five days) in the CTH Darmstadt (coach for the Telekom) and am satisfied. The price seems to me now, but Alternatives in Darmstadt, Germany, there are hardly any.

With a beautiful view on the cathedral, it is very centrally located. Spacious clean rooms (more soap could be provided) and many options for breakfasts that are healthy and delicious. Fliesen im Badezimmer beschädigt, der Warmwasserboiler war unten offen, so dass man an die Elektrik hätte fassen können, die Türklinke zum Badezimmer war lose...kurzum für 80EUR hätte ich mehr erwartet. This is just a good hotel. No frills, but that means nothing not needed. Everything you look for is there. The staff at reception and at breakfast are better than most staffs. I've been here twice, and when I'm back to Darmstadt, there will be a third time.

The hotel is located close to the Darmstadt central train station with easy access to Frankfurt. But it’s not so close that it’s noisy. The hotel breakfast had plenty of options and was really tasty. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The balcony was a nice surprise.

The hotel was clean and had good facilities, but on the day of our arrival, the front desk strictly required check-in by 3:00 PM, while other tour groups arriving after us were allowed to check in before 3:00 PM. This was a double standard.

Well maintained hotel in a fairly convenient location. But the service is clumsy. My schedule was changed and I had to leave before breakfast (for which I paid); but when I asked from the receptionist to get coffee from the machine, he insisted I paid for an Americano. Poor, inconsiderate service!
