My husband and I stayed a nigh during our 24‑hour layover. It was just a short walk from the arrival hall, and overall we had a nice, easy stay

Very convenient and service was very good. Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

Walking distance from the airport with a great breakfast. Perfect for an overnight layover.

Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

The room facilities were just okay. The bottom of the toiletries cup was dirty, and even after repeatedly washing and scalding it, I still felt a bit gross using it. The main benefit of staying at this hotel is its convenience for catching a flight the next day.

The hotel is located close to the Darmstadt central train station with easy access to Frankfurt. But it’s not so close that it’s noisy. The hotel breakfast had plenty of options and was really tasty. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The balcony was a nice surprise.

The hotel was clean and had good facilities, but on the day of our arrival, the front desk strictly required check-in by 3:00 PM, while other tour groups arriving after us were allowed to check in before 3:00 PM. This was a double standard.

Excellent hotel, our group arrived late due to traffic but nothing was an issue. Food was excellent both nights and mornings of our stay. Highly recommended

Already been here for a couple of times and I don't think you can get better hotel for this price range. Rooms clean, great breakfast, close to the main train station as well as the city center. My recommendation!

Well maintained hotel in a fairly convenient location. But the service is clumsy. My schedule was changed and I had to leave before breakfast (for which I paid); but when I asked from the receptionist to get coffee from the machine, he insisted I paid for an Americano. Poor, inconsiderate service!

Frankfurt Marriott Hotel surely has the great view to the Frankfurt skyline, and the sunrise 🌄 from its window, you can't complain anything about it. Meanwhile, it has good VIP Lounge, sports bar, and buffet restaurant, overall is really a good combination. While the services can be improved to align with the hardware of it.

After our flight got canceled, we were sent here by the airline. The rooms were comfortable and the views were outstanding. As our flight was very early the next day, we didn't get to try the breakfast. The only thing that was missing from the room was a shower cap, especially if you are without your case.

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel because it’s near the airport, they do have shuttle for T1 and T2 so it’s very convenient.

The staff at the front desk were friendly but utterly incompetent, giving wrong information about shuttle buses, getting easily confused about the simplest questions and frankly not really knowing how to deal with guests in a competent manner.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. Worth the 4 star rating. Spacious clean rooms with all the amenities you need, like a desk, two comfortable chairs, a network connection and a minibar. For whomever likes it, even a small pool. However, in my opinion overpriced. So look for special offers on the internet and enjoy the good quality of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel four different times within a two week period and experienced 3 different rooms. First and foremost, the beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the spa gardens. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are functionally equipped and offer good comfort. I was able to express my room preferences in advance, which were then fulfilled. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel has no advantage other than being close to the Messe. Cleanliness is mediocre, breakfast is average. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the bed is old. The room furniture is very outdated, which causes an unpleasant smell in the room. During trade fair periods, prices increase by about five times, but it is definitely not worth it. There are much better options just one stop away.

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

A very beautiful and serene atmosphere for all sort of hideouts and relaxation activities. Perfect for group and individual outings with large conference halls and restaurants to accommodate large numbers. It is worth every cent spent.....I will recommend anyday.

Arrived without a booking and was able to get a family room. First room they gave us was not made up. Second room they gave us was dirty gooey stuff on wardrobe, splashes up the walls and around the light switch .No coffee or tea. Housekeeping came and said, they had lots of parties. Breakfast is ok not super but ok Restaurant service is not so efficient I had to wait more of 40 min for one unique meal and the weiter gave me some bread only after half an hour I was waiting … they are not so polite with foreign people and this is a pity since the hotel itself is quite comfortable with nice atmosphere

Unfortunately, the best hotel in that area. That does not mean it’s good, I actually do not enjoy staying there. Needs an upgrade for sure and staff could be friendlier as well.

Room no 254 needs a little TLC. New paint and a new shower handle ( it is no possible to use the shower without making the floor of the bathroom very wet) Beside these two complaints all was good. Will come again.

Great and peaceful location close to the park and small shops. The hotel restaurant is also good. Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and cleaning is not highest on the agenda. Our suite had dried urine and potentially more under the toilet. We were offered another room but no compensation.

Got to go to a 70th birthday here, it was just fantastic. Huge conference area. Fantastic spa & pool area, only one other using the pool while we were there, altho spa area doesn't open till 1000. A slightly disappointing stay at the Radisson! The room was lovely and clean as you would expect with a comfy bed and pillows, but there was a door to the adjoining room (locked) and the guests next door were smoking - the smell filtered through and was very unpleasant; not really the hotels fault but disappointing given that it's a non smoking hotel! It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is also good.

During my stay in Germany, I found Frankfurt to be the hardest place to book a hotel. Prices fluctuate wildly, and even during trade shows, prices can go up significantly. The king-size room at this hotel is quite large, but the decor and fixtures are a bit dated, and it's not ideal for light sleepers. Rooms on the roadside are noisy from traffic. The lobby is beautiful, and the service is good.

I recommend this hotel. If you stay here, you have a lot of choices for foods and shopping by walking. All staff were very kind and professional.

Overall a solid and decent hotel. Breakfast is good, slightly better than some competitors. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened, so there is a bit of a lack of fresh air. Apart from that, everything is fine. Good location and well suited for short business trips in Frankfurt.

Hotel is about 10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof but there is a tram which you could take right outside of Hbf. Room is clean with nice views overlooking the city.

A new hotel in perfect location which is just 3 minutes walk to the e tram station where you can take Number 11, 14 and 21 to the Main station. There is a shopping mall ‘Skyline Plaza’ next to the hotel. The room is perfect with excellent view and is spacious.

It was well located next to the Train Station. Excellent Service. SUPER CLEAN. The only issue was that it was not clear about the parking. The hotel doesn’t not have parking. Next door there is one public parking. But besides this mis understanding in thr advertisment…it was great a experience….

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! I knew IntercityHotel has chains in China, so when I saw it, I booked it without hesitation! Oh, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water in the room!

Very close to the train station, as soon as you arrive at the station there is a big sign to the right to get to the hotel. Restaurants and bars nearby. The Superior room wasn't spacious, well furnished and very clean. The bathroom was also quite spacious. Hotel staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very decent with lots of choices. The location is very convenient for public transport. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

General it is a top Hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to stream Netflix or others and the swimming pool was not available. We selected this hotel for both services especially for our children. The manager understands our disappointment and offers us a compensation for the services what was not available. We accepted the compensation. Very happy with the solution the manager offers us.

Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

Very nice hotel with quirky interior and central location. The negatives are… no wash hand basin in the bathroom and bad ventilation  also the very expensive overnight parking €36 !!

I always try to take this hotel if I am in Frankfurt (except when there is a fair) since it ticks all the boxes I am looking for when selecting a hotel for business travel. The Breakfast selection is a huge plus here.

Quite a new hotel with reasonable pricing. However their ventilation and air conditional is a down side. The toilet has mouldy smell permanently due to lack of ventilation. There’s a mall next to it, convenient .

Only less than 5mins working from HBF. You can find the hotel without going out from Hbf main entrance ( seems to be red lighf & a lot homeless). Just exit from exist 1a and you can see the intercity hotel right away then go straight turn left you can see toyoko inn.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station, which is very convenient. The price is fair and if you only need to sleep here during the night and exploring the city in the day, this would highly meet your needs. I would highly recommend the breakfast including miso soup and rice, something Asian guests will truly appreciate.

The clock in the room was incredibly loud. On my second night, I also noticed a faint body odor. The day after housekeeping cleaned, I found hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable for sleeping (for me, the pillow was too high and gave me a neck ache). As a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.
