The service was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and kind.
I gave the room 4/5 stars because I feel like the AC unit could have cooled more. Although, this seems to be a general problem with AC in all German hotels. It made it difficult to sleep well and be refreshed for the next day.
I gave service 4/5 stars because of the breakfast. For nearly 20 euro, we were offered a very meager selection of options. I was so disappointed with the breakfast that I canceled it for the rest of my stay. There's a bakery next door that offers great options for a lot less money.
The location is great. You can walk to the old city center where you'll have options for food etc. The "Körperwelt" museum is directly next door.
You can take the tram directly in front of the hotel but Uber is also quite reasonably priced.
All in all, a good stay with a comfortable and clean room! Thank you so much.

The checking in process is not as handicap accessible as the listing makes it seem. Once you are checked-in, you can always take the other door(a public door) to access the elevator.
Room was comfy but hot (August), staff was nice. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.
