Quite a lovely hotel with an exceptional staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety: hot eggs, sausage, etc and cold cuts with bread. They also had a selection of cereals and hot oatmeal.
We had a drink at the bar the first night of our stay and the prices seemed reasonable. Oh, the bar never closes as the desk clerks (on duty 24/7) also serve drinks. 🙂
The room was quite comfortable and seemed quite new. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The room was brightly lit and airy.
We can highly recommend this hotel for a single night or for several nights.

Good one. With breakfast and very cheap parking across the road. The park Haus there. I praise 3,50 for the whole night. Hotel is breakfast inclusive for me. Awesome

Extremely disappointing experience!
This was the first time ever that we received fewer beds than people in our booking. Two older children were expected to share a single sofa bed. When I brought this up with the staff, they blamed Hotels.com, took no responsibility, and repeatedly interrupted me. The staff member’s comments were also sexist and highly unpleasant. In the end, our son had to sleep on the floor with just a duvet. To make matters worse, this was one of the most expensive nights we’ve ever paid for in Germany. Absolutely unacceptable — never again!

People need to know that this hotel offers extraordinary service from the personel. I’ve stayed at a few hotels on my way back and forth from vacations and the service here is something special.
The room was nice and clean with good lighting.
The aircondition was very good and easy to use
Two power sockets next to the bed is very nice.
Breakfast was a little better than what you can expect from places like this.
I would definitely come back again and I fully recommend it.

Good Hotel
Modern, rooms we had was ok
Sometimes cleaning rooms where missed, but overall all ok.
Breakfast is ok
The location is not far from Center, the Hotel is located in front heavy traffic roads but the rooms are sound isolated.
Some improvement
A paper block and a pen would be appreciated
There is no small fridge in the room.

Good hotel, but very budget. Breakfast poor. Only 1 coffemachine. But personal is friendly.

This is a place I would like to visit again because of its clean facilities and friendly service. In particular, the friendly and detailed support of Robert, the staff member who helped me check in, left me with good memories of Fulda.
