The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only criticism was the very strong smell on entering the room. Perhaps it was some sort of cleaning fluid and , though not altogether unpleasant, I was compelled to open the windows to try to dilute it. Thankfully the windows did open.
- replace the green thin curtains in the room with thicker ones or double layers, it's bright in the room in the morning with the curtains closed.
- increase the food varieties in the breakfast buffet.
- it would be good to have a night shift receptionist, we had a problem in the digital check in and spent long time on the phone to get our access codes
We booked a room for 3 people. There wasn't even room for 2 people. A very very small room.
The carpet was filthy and very dirty, there were still empty bottles and rubbish from previous guests in the room.
Air conditioning didn't work and if you open the windows you can't sleep because of the street noise.
We couldn't sleep until 4 pm, the reception is only open until 10 pm. so we wait until morning and report the problem about air conditioning and they were not even sorry. The receptionist told me that "you could just sleep without thinking about air conditioning". But when the temperature is 28 degrees and you are 3 people in a small room, you can't just sleep!!
It’s a bed and breakfast place, so not a leisure place stay in your room.
