Dont go here during the Christmas time and if you do, make sure to ask for a room to the backside - not to the Christmas Market.

This hotel should let guests know that the Christmas Market preparations start at 6AM and due to their bad windows it's like your at a construction site.

I told this too the staff and their only response was you shouldn't book over booking.com or you should book a more expensive room... Not one bit of empathy even though I only told them to put it on their website or give guests a heads-up.

Rooms are nice decorated but the windows are from an old office building which is horrible when it feels like a caravan of construction cars is going through your room at 6AM on a Sunday.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices

Unfortunately I had a bad experience in this hotel. The room windows are not isolated. You can feel the cold air leaking and the noise at night is unacceptable.
On Thursday evening the bar of the hotel becomes a discotheque, and the noise coming to the rooms is very loud.
Personnel in the hotel is friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel. Unfortunately there was no information about the fact that the access wasn’t possible due to road closures. We tried to reach the hotel by phone several times with no response. We finally found a parking and had to walk to the hotel with our luggage. A lifted eyebrow is not the kind of response we I expect from the receptionist when mentioning this inconvenience.
