The room was okay but needs a modern renovation. No water bottle and no coffee or tea option. That was disappointing.

I only stayed for one night as I was on a road trip. The rooms are great and so was the breakfast buffet. There is a large parking lot across the street from the hotel, which was very convenient. However, the room service menu is tiny and does not specify between appetizers and main courses. Had only one main vegetarian dish.

Reception never heard the saying "the customer is king" when i arrived from the highway i had a suitcase and a laptopcase with tablet and camera equipment with me. Needed a restroom badly and the room was payed in advance already. the would not want to give me the key to go to the bathroom and secure my belongings. When they found out that i am not living in germany they wanted to copy my ID. All together...

Nice hotel. With a lovely combination of leisure and Spa Quite lovely for couples. The room we stayed was big , yet a little obsolete , floor rug - old , curtains - old, bed + mattress... old The bathroom was lovely, and seemed renovated. Kind service all around.

Only Tried 5,5 worlds, will have to come back. Not cheap (even with"summer rate) but absolutely great water fun with relax areas all over. Pool bar in a grotto, Mexican aqua-gym, huge complete spa with all options, reasonable prices in all onsite restaurants and bars.

My wife and I have been here many times both to the hotel and spa. Each time we have had a great time the staff is friendly and very helpful. The spa is very clean there are always workers cleaning. We had a fantastic stay in this hotel at Easter. The location is perfect. The menu in the restaurant is the same as in other Maritim hotels, but it tasted class higher. The swimming pool is not big but I was lucky to swim there alone in the evening. The standard room has a bathtub, and the view to the park helps to create a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is very cozy and nice. The breakfast is very good. The personnel is very friendly and nice. The swimming pool is hood. Location is also nice, in old buildings nearby. The restaurant is super fancy.

It was comfotable to stay there

A nice hotel. Unfortunately there was no information about the fact that the access wasn’t possible due to road closures. We tried to reach the hotel by phone several times with no response. We finally found a parking and had to walk to the hotel with our luggage. A lifted eyebrow is not the kind of response we I expect from the receptionist when mentioning this inconvenience.

Quite a lovely hotel with an exceptional staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety: hot eggs, sausage, etc and cold cuts with bread. They also had a selection of cereals and hot oatmeal. We had a drink at the bar the first night of our stay and the prices seemed reasonable. Oh, the bar never closes as the desk clerks (on duty 24/7) also serve drinks...

People need to know that this hotel offers extraordinary service from the personel. I’ve stayed at a few hotels on my way back and forth from vacations and the service here is something special. The room was nice and clean with good lighting. The aircondition was very good and easy to use Two power sockets next to the bed is very nice. Well, a towel that had dirty stains, an air conditioner that didn't work, and a breakfast for €13.90 that didn't live up to the price at all.

We had a nice one night stay at Fulda Ibis and was glad to find a nice hotel in the centfum of the city. We missing the option to eat a dinner on the hotel. We get a very NOT very tasty pizza delivered to the hotel.

The room I booked was missing a small refrigerator. I would have liked to have had a drink in the evening in the humid weather without having to leave the room. I generally find the carpeting in the bedroom unpleasant. I can't comment on the staff in general, as I didn't have much contact with them.

Guests are given a friendly welcome. The rooms are clean. Overall, everything about the hotel was good. It's also suitable for families; there's a playground nearby, and it's not far away. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Charming hotel in the heart of Fulda, steps from the Dom, Schloss, etc. Breakfast room is stunning and offerings are excellent. Driving to the entrance is a bit confusing even with GPS.

Average room but large bath, friendly reception and great breakfast space with good options. Very centrally located though challenging to find the street.

Good price for a solid hotel. Easy walk to everything in Fulda. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Reception was air conditioned on a warm day with professional and welcoming staff and room key within a minute. The room is ideal, quiet with good WiFi and a ten minute walk from the historic town.

No night portier, so had to pick up card outside in a box. Had to call for pin. No information on this in English outside, only German. Nice big room, clean towels, nice toilet. a perfect hotel if you need a nice room at a good price. No breakfast but there is a refrigerator and a water boiler in the room. The only problem is that the cup for tea is too small.

The furniture is probably 30 years or older. It was also very hot, because there is no air condition. Had a pleasant stay! The room was fine and a good size. The location is great! Close to a nice park with an easy walk to the city center. They had a great breakfast with some hot food choices as well. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has to have 4* and sure 5* for the breakfast. It was a lot of different tastfull things served. The Hotel is located in the central part of Fulda, only a few steps from wonderfull palaces and park. The room was very comfortable, cleaned, white soft towels. Comfort and Quality in each small detail. Highly recommended for travellers!

The room is very clean and big, and the staff are helpful and friendly. But in summer, i wouldn't recommend it because the room is very hot. Not warm, hot. They are currently doing renovations, so i hope they know about this issue. No AC. But they will give you a ventilator. Maybe this is a good point if you want to stay here in winter😊 Fyi: no refrigerators in the room, nor a kettle. Idk if you could...

Loved to come back to stay with this hotel again. Overall very clean, good location, facilities wise is nice and super convenient especially for those who need to travel via train. To my surprised is they even equipped with fan even though most of the hotels depend on the cold air from outside of the room. Superb like 👍🏽👍🏽

The room was nice, and the receptionist was very patient. The hotel exterior is currently under construction, making the main entrance a little hard to find, but everything else was fine.

Good experience. Very clean rooms. Best part is, it is possible to check-in after 10:30 pm after the reception is closed using the automatic check in machine. One thing to note, if you call the emergency number mentioned on the entry it is not answered by anyone. So good to confirm about free parking before the receptionist beforehand.

The room is very big and 2 complete sides of the room are windows, but the sun shutters didn't work . It was hot , I tried to use the fan in the room also it's not working. Internet connection is also unreliable and very slow. Overall, it's ok.

Very sympathic and convenient hotel in the old town. Spacious modern and clean room, with lounge corner and comfortable beds in the newer annex. Parking was in the hotel's own "tief garage ", also very spacious. Friendly service, and dogs are welcome. Recommended !

The room is OK, a bit outdated but acceptable. You have all you need. Bed is good, pillows too. Shower is surprisingly strong with a good pressure. The bathroom is compared to the room quiet big. The night was very tranquil and that's what matter's at the end. Breakfast on the other side is really amazing! Good hotel.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly. Even during Covid restrictions he’s helping out train conductors that have to stay overnight due to working shifts. They are kind enough to provide them with a brunch package, as it is impossible to get food when your shift ends at 3 AM. He also tries to only serve locally grown food.

Reception on the 4th floor, and the rooms are quite spread out, up and down stairs around the building. Very strange key cards to access the rooms.

Really nice place. Specially if you're in Fulda for business, the staff pays a lot of attention to the guest. Really good breakfast with a lot of variety. The only cons is that they have few rooms equipped with kitchen this is if you're going to stay long periods of time.

We have reached Fulda by motorbike, no issue with the parking, just under the hotel. The hotel is very nice Hotel, close to city centre (few minutes walkind distance). The room was big enough, the bed was comfortable and no noises came from outside. Many good choices for breakfast, both salty and sweet. The personal was friendly.

This hotel was very convenient for our stopover. Close to the easily accessible from the autobahn and a comfortable walk into the centre of Town for a quick peak. The self check-in was also useful to us since we came in late. The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only criticism was the very strong smell on entering the room. Perhaps it was some sort of cleaning fluid and , though not altogether unpleasant...

Few things to improve to get the 5 stars rating: - replace the green thin curtains in the room with thicker ones or double layers, it's bright in the room in the morning with the curtains closed. - increase the food varieties in the breakfast buffet. - it would be good to have a night shift receptionist, we had a problem in the digital check in and spent long time...

I like very much the possibility to access an hotel room in the middle of the night, with an automated reception. Bed are comfortable and there's usually internet connection and a coffee maker in the room for when you wake up in the morning. Check-out at 12 is also appreciated. it's very efficient to travel by car in the early hours of the night (no queues on the autobahn) and to have a hotel room...

Charming boutique hotel with AC!

Very good hotel near the city center. Each room is very well decorated. Each room also has a filled mini-bar, a Nespresso coffee machine with more than 10 types of coffee and a tea machine. Breakfast is served individually per guest. The only thing that I did not like was the fact they do not serve breakfast on Monday, apart from that it was a very good stay.

Minibar turned out to be a couple of bottles on the desk. On the other hand, they readily agreed to put our frost elements in the hotel freezer. Good quality breakfast with many options.

We had a great stay for our trip to Sieben Welten! The staff were super friendly, the room was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing! The room was really spacious, updated, very clean, fresh, and so much great storage and features. The breakfast was delicious! A lot of choices, fresh food, and a lovely cozy dining experience. Parking was luckily pretty easy for us because it didn’t seem very busy...
