It was really cold in the apartment. Heating elements were basically not enough.
Other guests were too loud even at 2:00 am.
The water in the shower was just warm not really hot at all.
I will try to avoid this next time I am in Fulda.

A great and well-kept appartment. Perfect for family.

The apartment was very nice and cozy, with fully equipped kitchen and a well-working air conditioner. Quiet area, but very close to old town and attractions. Self-service shop was near (must download an app and manage in German :) ), really useful on a Sunday evening when everything else is closed. Another bigger shopping center was also walking distance. Good value for money if planning to stay for several days or longer and wish to cook your own food. Great WIFI, only one day had some problems. Super easy check-in/out - by using door codes.

I stayed at Villa am Bahnhof in Fulda for a few days and it was super nice.
Everything is renovated and the Kitchen is big. The communication with Anna was easy and very friendly. I will definitely be staying here next time! Thank you!!

Great, modern apartment house in a central location! The apartments are newly renovated and very attractively furnished, the contactless check-in via code is flexible and easy and the manager was always easy to reach, and extremely friendly and helpful. Here it was perfectly possible to combine the advantages of the hotel operation vs. AirBnB. An unreserved recommendation on my part!

Great location, modern facility, quick and pleasant communication. We were very satisfied!

The "villa" is a very noisy, simple house with old water pipes, which let you experience every use in the house. The environment is as usual in train station areas: no green at all and noisy either. The apartment was tastefully furnished (although a broken make-up mirror and a curtain that could no longer be drawn). The living room / kitchen was offered to us as a second bedroom, an old hot water heater jumps on there around the clock, as does the refrigerator - there was no rest at night. During our stay, the window handle was completely missing in this room, the window could be tilted, but not really closed, which is a particular problem in such proximity to the train station. Overall hostel atmosphere in the house - partying until 0.30 a.m. The price-performance ratio as the name of this accommodation is not at all right. And that is NOT because the "facade has not yet been renovated".

From the inquiry, booking, on-site support to departure, no improvement. The rooms are 1A modern renovated to a high standard. Very appealing colors, restrained and naturally designed, you just feel good. Everything you need is there, you really don't have to bring anything with you. Great, we are all very satisfied! 😊👍
