B&B HOTEL Wiesbaden-Ost in Wiesbaden

Worst hotel ever. They gave us a room that wasn't even cleaned from previous tenant. Next room the bathroom was not pleasant at all.
It's cleaning team seem to be one non German/English speaking man that hangs around in the front of hotel smoking.
Unless you are are desperate look elsewhere.
I suppose that's what you get for a 1 * hotel

The location and facilities are fine, but I'm not sure if they don't usually clean, but they haven't cleaned the place once in seven days. I don't think I'll ever go back.

When we arrived at the hotel, the doors were locked and no staff were present. To get into the building and then to our room, we had to complete a booking process on screen. The system kept saying it had emailed us the access codes we needed but it hadn't. Then it began to tell us that we had no booking at all. It took 45 very stressful minutes to get into the building. This after an 8 hour journey - and the toilets were locked too!!! Other guests arrived and they were having a similar experience. It was completely unacceptable. We were seriously looking at booking another hotel so we would have somewhere to sleep!!! We eventually got into our room, stressed and tired and very annoyed. The two single beds looked custom built - I have never seen such narrow beds before. Each had a mattress-topper and extra cover that slid off during the night, meaning we slept extremely poorly. The good parts - the room was dark and quiet. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was very close to Schlacthof - so very handy for concert goers. Overall, we were extremely unhappy with our experience here and wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

This was certainly the worst hotel and service I've ever experienced. I booked a 1-night stay for the 3rd to 4th of March 2024. I arrived at 01:30 in the night to find the reception closed. The terminal for self-check-in was not working, and the mobile number provided at the door was unreachable. The hotline contact was unable to locate my booking number despite my repeated attempts of spelling my booking number and my last name. As a result - 3.5 hours of driving and rest of the night sleeping in the car.. Since my credit card had already been charged 60EUR, I decided to wait until breakfast time to request my bill and receipt for my finance department. However, upon approaching the reception, I was informed that the staff member present was only managing breakfast and couldn't provide the necessary documentation. I was advised to return at 11:00, which was inconvenient. Following this, I proceeded to work and only returned at 5:00 PM. Another staff member then informed me that a room number and code had been emailed to me after booking, which was not true. They printed out the bill but claimed to have wasted the receipt. It was a frustrating experience, never ever to this hotel again. In contrast, I have never encountered such issues at the neighboring Ibis Budget Mainz Hechtsheim, where I have stayed multiple times—even when arriving late at night.
